Acca KappaNormal & Delicate Moisturizing Shampoo

I bought two each of the shampoo and conditioner after using them in a Hilton hotel. What I love is that the shampoo doesn’t strip your hair and the conditioner doesn’t leave it heavy and greasy. My fine, curly hair, which can feel harsh and brittle, is soft and shiny after using the combo.

The conditioner arrived without an applicator, so it can’t be used as intended. Now I have to spend my time returning it, and since it’s a liquid, the drop-off location won’t accept it. This kind of oversight is frustrating and shows a lack of attention to detail.

I love this shampoo but the dispenser is a disaster - the pump re-locked itself repeatedly and on the last attempt to unlock it the the top part of pump completely broke off, making it unusable.It is annoying to unscrew the top and pull the pump completely out of the bottle to get some shampoo. If they are going to send product with faulty pumps they should at least include a normal cap as an alternative.

I loved the smell of this shampoo when I tried it in a hotel. Unfortunately, continued use left my hair looking limp and slightly greasy. Not the best for fine hair.

Excellent for color treated care. Adds body and shine.

Love this as much as I love the White Moss Shaving Cream. A little dab'll do ya...I sure don't have to use much to get a nice rich lather. Easy soft scent, not too fragrant at all. Rinses easily and leaves your hair feeling clean and full.

Scratch and wear on the label with a broken pump head

Met this brand in an upscale B and B, and it instantly became my newest obsession. Used with the partner conditioner, it leaves my hair soft and very clean, without damaging it. I'm saving up to try more of the branded products.
