Incredibly difficult to install but these little things do their job well. One bag could probably handle a whole kitchen because most doors will only need one. Bigger doors should get two to help stop tension

Bought these clips to stop the corner cabinet doors from hammering into each other. I purchased the Apollo "no gap" face frame cabinet hinges on Amazon because of their ability to close that ugly large gap some hinges leave between the back of the door and the face of the cabinet (visible from the side). The Apollo hinges are produced by a company known as FGV. I could not find any restrictor clips for my hinges no matter what name I searched under. I do know they are considered "short arm" hinges. With that said and pictures on Amazon and the web, I decided to try these Ravinte restrictor clips and they work like a charm. No more cabinet banging into one another. Installing is fairly simple but you will need to take the hinge out of the door. Do them one at a time and you have no problem. I used a bungie cord when taking off the top hinge to support the bottom one. Worked well. Thanks to a previous Amazon review, my placement within the hinge went smooth. I would suggest checking reviews out before installing. Price was a bit high for these, but they work, and I am happy with the outcome.

They work for smaller, Light weight doors. The pieces are small. Not difficult to install. The cabinet drawers still hit a little bit.

We installed DecoBasics soft close hinges on our cabinet doors but it has a 105° open and it forces itself to that degree once open. Several of our cabinets were then slamming into things that were within that measurement. I looked at every hinge restrictor clip on Amazon and this seemed like it might work even though we didn't use the brand specified. I put pics of the hinges to give you an idea, if your hinge has this kind of joint it should work. You have to take the door off the hinge to get to it, and the hinge has to be partially open to get the plastic piece in the right spot. It clicks into place and now my cabinets aren't smashing into things (like the dishwasher in the video I posted).

These do not work for my decobasic soft close hinges. I bought these off the review that suggested they did. Very disappointed. It did stop the door form opening too far but it created an issue of them not closing completely. Pointless.

I had to buy 2 other hinge restrictor before I wrote to Ravinte for help. They were very prompt in their response. I sent them a picture of my hinge and I was recommended to buy this one. It fits perfectly and restricts my cabinet door from hitting my wall. I love it! I do wish they weren't so expensive. they literally cost .20c to make and Ravinte charges $8.99 for 10 of them. In my opinion, way too expensive!!

These shims work great in my no-name Euro-style soft-close hinges. No more banging into the other doors, walls, or baseboards! A little tricky to install on the first go, but once you figure out how to do it, no problems.

The restrictor works well with the Ravinite European style soft close hinge once you manage to get it installed. The instructions are nonexistent and the picture provided by the seller is not helpful. So, I made this video that I hope will help. If they had better instructions, I would've given it five stars, but I had to knock down one star because of that fact.

String fixed most of all broken I can’t even return because it’s broken and 3 already sets in cabinets. I have to order from another local company n fixed.
