I had some issues when setting up the stereo with my 2019 Toyota Corolla XSE. The reverse camera settings did not work with my factory installed camera, and my steering wheel controls didn’t work.Not many videos on YouTube about canbus settings and nothing related to my car. I reached out to customer service first throguh Amazon, then they directed me to the manufacturer.They responded within a few hours and provided me with a file to update the android headunit. And the update fixed my native reverse camera settings like a charm!I’m still talking to customer service to get my steering wheel controls working properly. Had to get creative for mounting it in my truck. Over all it works good and is really loud.

Got it in timely matter, had to do little modifying to get it installed/mounted in dash, but it worked out. had a issue with the camera and they gave me instructions on how to put in code and fix the problem. has far as sound it is not very loud but thats ok with me i mainly needed backup camera and the touch screen to hook up my phone for maps good product for the price

This was the third radio I tried to replace my old factory one with and I am very pleased. It looks great and the size is perfect to fully fill the area on my dash and still look like it came that way. I was pleased to find out that it shipped with Android 12 rather than an older version. I really wanted a radio with a physical volume knob but none of the radios this size had one.The only feature I was not happy with is that the volume buttons are tricky to use when driving, and the slider graphic on the screen goes away before I can adjust it. Solution: I bought a remote wireless control that has receiver that connects to the steering wheel control wire - problem solved!While trying to set it up there were several things I could not figure out which was getting me frustrated. Since Amazon's customer service could not help, they put me in touch with Hikity and the representative Cathy was extremely helpful, pleasant, and persistent in helping me with every one of my questions. Since there is a big time zone difference between us, it took quite a few days to work through everything but in the end everything is good!

If your buying this as an FM radio, do not, reception is horrible and no AM radio either. Even adding an antenna booster does not help. Carplay works great when it connects., but you cant tell if its the Bluetooth or the wired connection. Sometime you need to play with it for a while to connect to carplay. Sound is average. Easy to install. Booklet very minimal info on anything, no instruction on how to use any of the apps on board or how to download files. You get what you pay for. For the price it works well enough for me. I now listen to my radio station thru an app instead. Would not buy again. Maybe pay more for better product.

****Update- I was able to resolve the issue with the vendor****The head unit worked ok for the first 6 months. After that the wireless Android Auto stopped connecting to my Android phone. In order to get it to work I need to plug it via USB. I specifically bought this unit for the wireless capabilities. I did reach out to the seller, but communication with the is slow and after a few sets of instructions from them to get the wireless Android Auto I gave up trying to get it fixed. Lesson learned

under the condition to remove my previous review to get refund due to the bad quality of the first head unit i bought from this seller i did remove the review and then gave them another chance at buying another head unit with larger Ram memory hoping things would work better but i got fooled once again. The new head unit with 2gb Ram instead of 1GB Ram is even Worse, at least the wireless connection to my phone would work sometimes but now not only phone does not connect at all without the wire and even with the wire the steering wheel buttons are lagging and some moments don't work at all. I have porsche cayenne 2009 and purchased the canbus module which is supposed to make things easier but i have to say that this is a very bad purchase and wouldn't recommend it to anyone not looking to waste time and get disappointed

Tech support was great. I had problems getting my S21+ connect to it and tech support responded quickly and professionally. Unfortunately it does not work with S21+ so I had to return. If my phone was compatible it would be 5 stars. They need to advertise that it does not work with current android phone software.
