I was skeptical that this could help me sleep but it does! I chew one tablet about an hour before I want to sleep. I usually wake up and can't quiet my mind to fall back to sleep, but this actually helps me fall back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. The taste is tart and not unpleasant and I don't wake up with that hazy feeling that I get if I had taken Advil PM or Tylenol PM. I highly recommend!

This is highly effective in helping sleep and get back to sleep in early morning awakenings. It also can help me with anxiety.

My natropath recommended these but I didn’t notice any difference. The taste was potent/fermented orange citrus flavor. I was hopeful these would help me sleep better. My body didn’t seem to react to these. Quite pricey but IF they worked I wouldn’t care. For me it was waste of money but worth a try for a month to see.
