Oh these fixtures are dreamy. I researched a ton of fixtures, but there aren’t very many simple modern options. These are the perfect matte black. The tub fills up quickly and beautiful water stream. They work very well and were easy to install. I couldn’t be happier with the look of these in my modern bathroom.

I'm not a novice when it comes to DIY home projects. I've finished out my entire basement from bare concrete and this product has me and my local hardware store stumped. They made a simple, simple screw on tub faucet into a rubik cube. Directions give 4 different options to attach the tub faucet to copper or threaded metal pipe...great. Except there's no way to use metal pipe with the included parts. The only option is to use copper by sweating or by using the provided adapter. I've spent way too much time and money on this tub faucet. It's good looking but overpriced for chrome looking plastic. I'll be glad to get it in and done with.

The parts are mostly plastic, for $200 you would think it would be metal. Also, with the black finish model the ON and OFF shown in the picture is NOT what it looks like. Instead of filling in the DELTA, ON, OFF, and water pressure circles, with white as shown in the picture, they are just outlined. You can hardly see anything on control plate. The water control face plate looks nothing like it does on the product images. It also does not come with the screw covers so the screw heads are finished. I attached a picture of the what you actually get. I have called Delta support about this. They informed me to look at the "installed pictures" on their website not the display picture. Sure enough, in the installed pictures it looks like what you get. DO NOT GO BY THE "STOCK PICTURES".

Finish comes off very easy, warm water and cotton cloth took finish off like a sticker. Delta Customer service was rude & insisted I used chemicals. Spend a little more money and buy from a reputable company. So disappointed that i spent all this money and had a plumber switch out tub/shower/faucets only for me to have to do it again after 6 month bc it looks like peeled garbage

Note that rough in is not included.Still trying to install. Directions stink. Has multiple directions for different fittings but only comes with one. Connection for spout has only one fitting/means of attachment that is not specified in description prior to purchase. Had to remove existing iron pipe in my shower and re-do with copper as there are not threads on the fitting provided. Not Post-rough-in friendly or for DIY. Need to solder in order to use slip on fitting provided.Customer service told me it was my fault for not buying the right item.

The style of this individual product was perfect for what I was going for. I was so excited to do my remodel, designing around the delta trinsic line. The faucet and shower/tub trim kit look amazing by themselves, but don't expect to match your hardware to the rest of the "delta trinsic champagne bronze" hardware. The towel racks, hooks, and toilet paper holders, etc. that are advertised as champagne bronze are a completely different color. I spent a lot more money to go with this color option v others, but it's too late now to reverse that decision. The faucet and trim kit are no longer refundable or returnable after being installed, and I'm finding out too late—now that I want to install the towel racks,etc. myself—that the rest of their line is a really different YELLOW gold color which is not at all like the soft warm bronze in the rest of the line.ALSO—I had a professional install the tub and shower kit under my supervision, and though the bulk of the install went fine, the shower head that comes standard in this set is leaking from the start. We got the pipe into the wall situated without leaks, but the head itself is still dripping, and the O ring to set the seal is cheaply made. That may have just been our bad luck with a defective product. But between the color issue and the immediate difficulty upon professional installation, I'm pretty disappointed.

The shower head: it leaks. Even with the rubber washer in it AND plumbers tape. Not a huge deal, but when the water is on, there is a drip coming from the connection. No idea why it is doing this. Does not drip with water off.I do have good water pressure with this shower head!The handle: what. A . Pain. To install.We tried using the new cartridge BUT it was not compatible with our valve. We called a plumber, and we ended up modifying the old cartridge with part of the new cartridge. Works great. MAINLY it was user error when we installed it. If you have old plumbing, and you don’t know what you are doing, recommend having a plumber install this part.The faucet: no issues!Overall: great look with brushed nickel. Looks very modern and can tell this will last a while!

This shower kit ties in so well with the subway tile and farmhouse look we were going for. Love it! Would recommend!

This product is pretty decent. However my 1 star goes to service on this item. The only way to get service is to call in to Amazon. I’ve done so 3 times and have waited forever without ever speaking with anyone. My kit came without the little screw that holds the handle on the setup. So, basically if you’re not super careful the handle will fall off. I’ve had it fall into the tub floor which scratched my tub and my daughter had it fall on her foot while shutting it off! Brutal! Ive even gone as far as to have a plumber friend get me a new screw but unfortunately everyone he gave me are too large

I’m so happy with this purchase. I was replacing an existing Delta tub kit so the instal was super easy. The matte black really updated the look of my bath. The shower head isn’t adjustable (pressure) but the water flow is really nice.

1. Delta trinstic monitor shower and tub kit came in great packaging. 2. it was an used open box price, so i expected some damage but all there was, was a tiny tiny ding - barely noticable. 3. shower works great and the used/open box deal saved me a lot of $. very happy

Looks fantastic and works great! A lot of people are saying it’s plastic but only the shower head is plastic, the handles and tub faucet are both metal. This is a trim kit only, you do need to buy a Delta Valve to go with it.
