These pills are great and they digest great, I do have trouble giving these to my father though because they size is a little big, but I have no problem with it. I let it sit in my mouth for a little bit and then I swallow it down. These are super absorbable and great to take before bed if you want a great nights rest.

Magnesium glycinate works great for all of your magnesium uses, and for me it works best to help with sleep. Remember, magnesium is magnesium. They are all bound to different salts (citrate, oxide) and amino acids (glycine, aka glycinate), but they can have different effects. That's why if you have a specific reason for using magnesium, it's best to research what type is best for you. In general, Kal magnesium glycinate is a great multi-purpose magnesium from a company that's been making high quality supplements for 94 years.

Works very well for a sleep aide!

I think as a supplement these are good, like they seem to contain what they claim and I think the brand is good. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that these tablets are so big they're too hard to swallow. I had a similar magnesium supplement from this brand before that was capsules and much easier to swallow and that was what I had intended to buy/ thought I was buying. Unfortunately, once I got these and realized they were giant tablets and not capsules, it was too late, since Amazon doesn't allow returns of most of this type of stuff. I tried using a pill cutter to cut them into quarters, but that was way too much work and still annoying to swallow.

Glad the king is back. Their switch to the veggie caps didn't work for me, night and day difference between the two. I don't like that they reduced the amount of Magnesium in each pill for the same price but they still work very well.

This came in a timely fashion and is as expected. The pills are very large, but are able to be swallowed well enough.

Easy on the gut. Works effectively in reducing my leg cramps. Much better than other formulations.

These capsules are huge. It would be helpful if they were smaller and you had to take more to get the milligrams you needed. Tried cutting them in half and it made sharp edges. Tried crushing them and they are hard to take. I know they are from a good company and would be beneficial if my husband could take them. He chokes easily.
