Item is sturdy and the suction cups work very well without damaging tiles in our shower. Can handle the weight of quite a bit. We’ve had it for over 2 months and it’s still in perfect condition and working as well as the day it arrived. Solves the clutter in a shower shared by 4 people who all use different products. Currently it is holding 4 large bottles of shampoo/conditioner, 3 razors, and 3 different face scrubs, and we have had no issues with the caddy slipping or moving at all. Prefect solution for us, and worth every penny!

I never found the hanging type of shower organizers to work for me as well as all the shower shelves because they are unreachable when I bathe so most of my stuff was shoved in caddies that I set in the corners and was tired of surfaces getting grimy from everything sitting in water. These Sanno shower caddies are perfect! I was able to install them exactly where I needed, they provided the extra storage so surfaces can be wiped down quickly and easily without moving a bunch of bottles-and are attractive and sturdy! I followed the directions they emailed me along with enclosed directions, took my time, measured and marked exact placement, cleaned surfaces thoroughly with alcohol and make sure I turned knob 7X by marking the knobs as the instructions listed, yes it seems tight after 4 turns but keep turning! Very pleased!

I purchased one of these six years ago and it worked great. In that time it fell about four times (I suspect that a couple of times it was accidentally knocked off.) I cleaned and dried the wall and the suction cups, remounted it, and it was resolved. After six years, the cleaning agents we use, and time caused the suction cups to degrade and fail. The new one is exactly the same as the original one, except that I believe that the suction cup material is better (could be my imagination.) Installation is extremely easy by following the instructions. Remember to remove any residue from the cleaner before mounting. Disassemble the suction mounts. Remove the protective film from the rubber suction cup and place on a completely flat, untextured area. Use the basket to position the second suction cup at the correct distance. I strongly suggest that you use a small level and position the cups level. The cups adhere to the wall on their own. Reassemble the mounts by threading the knobs back on, place the basket on the mounts, and tighten the knobs until as tight as you possibly can. As the instructions indicate, use your whole hand to tighten, not just your fingers. Don't use pliers or you might break the knob and you*will* chip off the chrome plating. BTW, after six years the original basket is in like new condition and will be used for storage.

It's no wonder the instructions with this product state it may fall off -- of course it did. I followed all the directions, making sure the suction cups were tight. I waited two hours to put anything in the basket. The next day, the first person in the shower reported that the basket fell off! Again I followed the instructions -- cleaned the glass and waited til it dried. Again, I tightened all the suction cups, waited two hours and then filled the basket. I held my breath the next day when I took a shower. Amazingly, the basket has been in the shower for a week now and has not fallen off again. We shall see. The basket is big enough to hold many shower products, and I do like it.

This caddy would not stay up in my shower. I out it up multiple times in multiple places. I have these in all of my showers so I know how they work. I waited too late to install to be able to return.

UPDATE: 2 years later and I still love this! It fell off the wall and the plastic screws that are attached to the suction cups broke. I contacted the seller to see if I could get replacement parts rather than buying the whole thing new. Even though it was out of warranty, they sent me the parts I needed. Great product and great customer service. Easy to hang. Very sturdy - I have 4 full-size shampoo bottle in it. Keeps bottles out of the way and off tub shelves. Liked it so much I bought a 2nd one for the kids' bathroom.

Feared it would fall and chip my tub. So far, so good. Holding strong at full capacity (2 shampoos, cream rinse, liquid soap). Placed it away from water so all of our shower supplies stay clean and mold-free. Will buy more for other homes. Update -- it's been six months and it has not fallen from my tile shower wall. It is jammed pack with shampoos, conditioners, etc. I bought another one for my half bath. It's holding a heavy bottle of face wash, lotion, and electric toothbrush. Like the wire frame because I can easily dry my washcloth. Can't be happier. Yah - a product that actually works.

Gutes Zubehör. Die Saugnäpfe halten sehr lange dicht bei glatten Fliesen. Hin und wieder kann man etwas nachdrehen. Kein Rost nach vielen Monaten Nutzung. Viele andere wären bereits von der Wand gefallen. Das ist bei mir nie passiert, zumal sich zunächst einmal nur ein Saugnapf etwas lösen würde.

No drilling. Just suction pads. Easy to install. Holds all my bottles. Hasn’t fallen off yet. Looks secure
