I was really happy with my purchase at first. However after a few days of running and setting up, a number of issues surfaced which made it unusable.1- Constant keyboard and mouse lag (not all typed characters would reflect on screen, and mouse pointer lag while trying to move on screen). Also, the PC sometimes doesn't detect the keyboard/mouse) and I have to remove then re-insert the dongle a few times for it to work. I'm using a Logitech MK270 wireless keyboard + mouse and I've used them on several other devices without any issues except on the SER3750H.2- Screen flickering on my Samsung U32R590 monitor. I've tested different HDMI cables and ensured the frame-rate setting is set to 60Hz as per the monitor manual but still facing random flickering.3- I keep getting notified by the pre-installed Radeon software that the graphics driver is outdated, however Windows (11 Pro 64bit) detects I have the latest version installed and therefore I'm unable to update.4- In addition to the the graphics drivers, it seems several other drivers are outdated on the PC but again Windows detects that the latest ones are installed.5- Went on BeeLink's support site and found drivers for my device, however the AMD chipset and Radeon graphics drivers are not up to date and don't work. I then visited AMD's support site and downloaded the latest drivers but that also failed to install.It's a nice and compact design but doesn't work as seamlessly as it's advertised.

Good online school pc, small compact, and can run all the programs needed.Kids are happy, and no graphics card so it is not used for games.
