I love these pots and pans. Pretty, so easy to clean. I use just a little fat and there is no sticking at all.

Purchased these pans to replace my All Clad nonstick cookware set to avoid using harmful nonstick coated cookware. I cook several times every day so performance and ease of use is critical. I have a gas stove, and it was a seamless transition from my All Clad set to this GreenPan set. I also purchased the GreenPan 2QT saucepan with lid to complete this set. The cookware is heavy enough for predictable even heating, easy to grip handles, very effective nonstick ceramic surface. Very easy to clean with a sponge and soapy water. As a precaution, I use wooden and silicone tools to prevent scratching and purchased felt separators to use when stacking the pans in the cabinets. Plus the pans are visually attractive. I am very, very pleased with these pans! Their performance exceeds my expectations!

I was really excited when I bought this GreenPan set. It arrived quickly, and right out of the box the pans looked great—nice design and felt high quality. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. Within about 3 months, one of the pans completely lost its nonstick performance. Food started sticking constantly, no matter what I cooked. I tried boiling water and scrubbing it carefully, but there was always this strange, discolored film that wouldn’t go away. From that point on, the pan was basically unusable. What made things worse was the customer service. I reached out about the warranty, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. They kept insisting I wasn’t cleaning the pan properly and even told me you can’t use olive oil with their pans—something that was never clearly communicated upfront. They initially refused to honor the warranty. After pushing back and threatening to escalate the issue, they finally agreed to send a replacement. But when it arrived, it wasn’t even the same pan—it was a completely different model. When I questioned it, they essentially told me “that’s what you get.” Overall, very disappointing. The product doesn’t hold up, and the customer service is even worse. I would not recommend buying these pans.

Upon opening box, the set feels heavy enough for stability and longevity (I hope). They are packaged well. No manufacturing flaws or shipping damage to appearance. Ceramic finish is smooth and looks very nice. They worked great on my induction stove. I was terrified to switch from nonstick (circulon, calphalon, analon is all i had ever used before), but I was very impressed how well they performed. I had no issues with anything sticking. I did follow directions and used low to medium heat only on the fry pans. I used high on pots to boil eggs and sauces. With the induction stove, pans heat quickly. Be sure to read instructions. a lot of changes in care from old nonstick to these ceramics.

We've been using the GreenPan Valencia Pro 22-piece cookware set for about a month, and overall, I’m very impressed with its performance. I honestly didn't realize how worn out my old cookware had become until I started cooking with this set. The pans heat evenly, cook beautifully, and are truly nonstick—food slides right off with minimal effort. The quality feels excellent, and I appreciate that the set includes felt pan protectors, which I've been using between the pots and pans to help keep them in great condition. Cleanup is incredibly easy since nothing seems to stick. To help preserve the cookware, I've been washing everything by hand, and it still looks brand new. The only reason I'm giving this set 4 instead of 5 stars is that the lid handles get very hot during cooking. I always need to use a hot pad or kitchen towel to avoid burning my hands. Other than that minor inconvenience, this cookware set has exceeded my expectations, and I'm very happy with the purchase. It's a fantastic upgrade for anyone looking for high-quality, easy-to-clean, nonstick cookware.

These pans are hands down the best pans I have ever used!!!!!!! NOTHING sticks to them, things that may be overcooked or would stick to any of my previous 'non stick' pans don't stick to these! It makes cooking so much more enjoyable, clean up SO much faster and easier - I'm seriously in love with these pans and don't want to use any other brand ever again. I'm HOOKED. As far as some reviews saying they are only non stick for a while - Green Pan includes a "Renew Sponge" to remove any sticky residue from overheating oils over time. I haven't had to use that on mine yet - I've been using them 5 months now. They're still as fabulous as the day they arrived. I agree with another reviewer who stated why bother putting them in the dishwasher when clean up is a breeze! Sometimes I do put them in the dishwasher, but if the dishwasher is full, it really is NO BIG DEAL to put some soap in these and wipe them down with a sponge to clean - nothing sticks!!!!! They are amazing high quality pans!

I loved the pans and they worked great the first few times I used them, however, they scratch and “chip” at the slightest thing. I used only the special sponge they send with them/sell, and never used anything but silicone utensils. I stored them with the special pads so nothing touched the surfaces. I only used grape seed oil if I used any oil at all. Even with all of those precautions, the nonstick finish stopped working by the third use. I bought them specifically for their nonstick finish and I’ve been sorely disappointed. If they touch against anything, and I mean ANYTHING, which is inevitable no matter what you do, it leaves chip type scuffs on both interior and exterior. Cooking is inherently messy or at least bustling with activity, and I swear if you looked at these pans wrong they scuffed. Ultimately, I ended up resorting back to my inexpensive Cuisinart pans because I didn’t have the time or patience to mollycoddle my cookware.

Well, so far we have used about 5 of the 12 set of pans. We are so happy. I have purchased 5 other pots and pans sets and have had to return all of them because of varied reasons...don't like handles, didn't like the lids, etc. We are pleasantly surprised that we like everything about these pots. Handles don't get hot, pan gets food very hot, clean up is absolutely easy. I hope to come back to this review in a month or 2 and be able to say we still love them ALL.

Have had this for 5 months now and use it daily. Non stick is still like new and these pans are amazing, highly recommend!! We use only silicon utensils and clean with a silicone sponge. Only thing to note is my wife did tap a spoon on the edge of one of the pots and it did chip but she shouldn't have been using metal anyhow and hasn't since.
