Can you use corded ear buds?

Yes you can use corded or Bluetooth earbuds with the nano. It does not have an external speaker though.

Could brand new silver ipod 7th gen 32gb to amazon so its available to order?

Apple never made 32 GB capacity iPod nano 7th gen. Impossible to modify the logic board. You can only buy a 16 GB unit, that's final.

Are these currently being manufactured?

From what I have heard, Apple does not make these anymore. That's why I order mine from Amazon. Individual sellers have them. I have ordered six so far, and we love them.
