I'm a home baker and I wish I have bought this long time ago. I literally use it for the smallest thing and I have never used my fondnat roller since. No more arm work, I highly recommend.

Got this item in at the beginning of March. Great little sheeter but it didn’t fit the dimensions we required as we’d hoped. Why the one star? Because the return was a nightmare. First they tell me the prepaid return label was incorrect and needs to be sent elsewhere. I had to wait till they changed it to print a new now unpaid standard label which I paid full price to return plus insurance. We wrapped the item back up in one piece to the best of our ability and hear about it two days later that the item was received damaged and supposedly thrown in the box in pieces. Thankfully Amazon customer service was great and they came in to help, but it should never have gotten that far. A lot happened in between but I’m just glad that is over. So if you plan on getting one of these make sure you have your dimensions spot on because the item itself is great but the service was a zero if you try to return it. No one likes to get the run around

My wife is a pastry chef, specializing in wedding cakes. This sheeter saves her hours of rolling and trying to get exactly the thickness she needs with fondant. For a busy pastry chef, this rather expensive item pays for itself by returning hours for other tasks.

Ordered electric dough sheeter for small bakery start up. Funds are tight, we struggled with spending the money. Pastaline dough shelter arrived damaged, obviously broken during shipment. It made a VERY loud screeching noise on initial start up (so loud it was actually scary). NOW Pastaline is charging excess of $600 "restocking fee" claiming it is our fault. We only had the Pastaline dough shelter for a few days and returned in the same packaging we received it in. They sent us pictures of an open box claiming we did not repack well. Seriously? We returned an ALREADY BROKEN machine in the very same packaging as received. Now we are out $600 plus dollars. Pastaline is not a company that lives up to Amazon standards.

This product was purchased for a small, commercial kitchen that does a lot of projects ie pies, cookies, noodles for fund raisers. I cannot express how pleased the volunteers were when they put the sheeter through a few settings. Their first words were what a time saver. With time it will become a beloved addition to their equipment that’s key to their projects.

We bought several of these and one was faulty. After several months of emails we finally returned it to them. After many more emails for months and months we finally gave up. Never got Sheeter back, never got refund. Never got anything. It’s the seller that is bad. Do not buy from this seller. Gave two stars bexause we have purchased several and the machines were great. Seller would get -100 if there was a way to separate them

I bought this to make croissants at home. Wow, it is designed and built so well, and works great. Highly recommended as a great alternative to endless rolling laminated dough with a rolling pin.
