Nice vegetable recipes.
My wife got this book after seeing Josh Katz on Sunday Brunch. We have both picked out a couple of recipes to cook and I have to say they have worked out really well. My favourite so far being the Grilled Halloumi with Fennel salad. The recipes are clear and easy to follow with the ingredients so far being quite standard, either in our house or from Ocado. The recipes are vegetarian and satisfying. Looking forward to trying more ideas from this book I’m the future. 👍

THE book on vegetables
One of the best cookery books out and rivalling Ottolenghi. Recommend this book to everyone. Fantastic and different recipes. Superb photography

Interesting vegetable recipes
This colouful book is easy to follow, is well written and photographed and AT Last; recipes that mean a vegetarian can enjoy a barbecue. I love it. I also have Josh Katz's first book Berber & Q, which is more than just a collection of ingredients but a little story to introduce each recipe with memories and humour.

Ultra ultra tasty, ingredients easy to find.. a must-have
This book is so good. Far beyond my expectations. Recipes are very tasty, and the hard work required for some recipes always pays off. I love it.
