This product is not only for women, but it works wonders for men as well. I had been experiencing some problems with insomnia and did not want to take any pharmaceutical type products to help me. I wanted to go the natural route. I researched and found that melatonin oil could help. The question was WHICH type of melatonin oil would be the best. After more researching, I chose Melatonin Sleep Essential Roll On Anti Stress Calming Aromatherapy Stick Blend Lavender Oil. What struck me first was the stick's sweet, yet mild aroma. The aroma was not too pungent, but mild enough where once I applied it around my neck, it felt like it permeated my whole face and shoulder areas. After applying it, I feel asleep shortly thereafter. I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and very relaxed. I repeated this for about three nights in a row and have experienced the same result. Not only am I able to get more sleep, but I am less stressed. I love this stick! I like how it is small and easy to manage. The rolling ball also allows me to apply just enough oil and not too much. The lavender aroma is just the tip of the iceberg of benefits when using Melatonin Oil!

This is a roller ball so its made for easy access to your skin and no mess. It's definitely portable and it has not irritated my skin so far. The scent combination is amazing and defintely puts me and my mind at ease which is essential to a good sleep routine. I have used this a couple of times amongst other things to helo me relax and its been easier for me to fall asleep. I say its worth a try.

I have used this every other day since my order arrived and I have noted that I wake up feeling rested and refreshed the night after use. It takes time to adjust your sleep schedule, but having an aid that helps me fall asleep faster without side effects has been a life saver.

Not sure if this is really helping me or not as I use a combination of things to help me sleep. Hard to tell if this is at all effective? It does smell nice. I rub it on my forearms, behind my ears and my neck.

Smells like black licorice. If you like that smell you’ll love wearing this. I however, hate the smell.

I love that this is a roll-on, so it is a no mess application. Just roll it on... easy peasy! I have tried many... MANY things to help me sleep and this was one I found worked. It has such a a lovely scent that it just relaxes you and you are able to fall asleep. Much better then taking a bunch of pills. Love it!

This is my second purchase from this brand, because I loved the first one. New Muiz products are really top quality. The oil is pure without any of the cheap chemical smell you get from some products. You can see it right from when you open the packaging. The bottle has a nice design and colour, and the rollerball is smooth and evenly spreads the oil without sticking. This is a relaxation blend, so it's great for de-stressing and a good night's sleep. I often find it difficult to get to sleep, but the combination of frankincense and lavender really do help to clear my brain so I can fully relax. Sometimes essential oils can have an overpowering smell, but these are soft yet effective. Love it!
