Great for the price
For $9.99, it does a really good job. Is it 100% silent? No. I still gave it 5 stars, because it is very quiet and a LOT less distracting than my previous mouse.

Great, quiet mouse
The mouse is quite as described. The design looks like it is a more expensive mouse. I really like it. My previous one started glitching after many years (even the paint where the index finger is rubbed off), but it was making the loud clicking sounds. So when I was looking for a new one, definitely wanted a quiet mouse. Also I wanted a wired one, I don't have to worry about batteries, nor the usb that someone unplugged, or mouse falling through the cracks.

weird acceleration compared to the name brands causing targeting issues
Good looking and very quiet click mouse but no customization and the acceleration default is a little weird. If price is not considered, it's a three star mice because of the acceleration compared to the name brands. The acceleration default almost makes it feel laggy even though it is not.

Iโm very happy with this. It didnโt break the bank and works easily. Great color. Looks clean. Just the right size for my hands. Not too big or too small. It is affordable so I thought it might come tiny lol. No annoying lights on it to worry about when trying to sleep.

Light touch and totally silent
I bought one of these about seven years ago because my wife found the clicking of my mouse annoying. It worked perfectly and is completely silent, so my wife ceased to complain about my computer use. When it finally failed two days ago I had to replace it with a regular mouse I had on hand. Not only did I find the clicking annoying, but it also lacked the light touch of the Rapoo. My work slowed down and errors increased. I immediately ordered a new Rapoo and it arrived the next day, thank goodness.

Leaves my hand sticky, like a chemical leakage from the plastic
After 3 months, this mouse is leaving my hand sticky whenever i use it, like a chemical seepage coming from the plastic. It initially felt a bit off, but now it is getting quite gross. I have to wash my hand periodically to get the stickiness off my hand. (My other hand is fine. Only the hand holding this mouse gets gooey. Like a chemical is off-gassing or seeping out.) Pros: It is a fairly quiet mouse, which is what I was looking for. Cons: It irritates my hand. Chemical leakage that makes my hand sticky. And the problem gets worse over time. And as others have noted, after a month or so, sometimes its sensor goes astray, causing the cursor to jitter and drift away on it's own. Too late to return it. So, I'm back here on Amazon searching for a replacement wired mouse. So far, the quietest I've found is the inexpensive Amazon Basic Mouse and this one. But, I'd like a quieter one made of higher quality. One that doesn't start bio-degrading in my hand after only a few months.

It Has A Long Cable
It's a basic mouse. Nothing fancy. No extra anything - just two buttons and a scroll wheel. It's quiet and moves smoothly. I like the long cable - it easily reaches my PC tower behind my desk.

Great except for...
I love everything about this mouse except: 1. Every once in a while it sends bogus Right-Click information. Very annoying, and even destructive in that unintended actions can occur if, for instance, a Right-Click Menu appears [a frequent occurrence] and I accidentally click on a menu item [it happens]. 2. One of the little stick-on "feet" shifted a full 2 cm! It's still there, but is now in the wrong place. Not a big deal, but just a quality issue. 3. Not quite enough click strength in the center wheel/button. I sometimes click it while I'm rolling it, making it necessary to actively avoid excessive vertical pressure as I roil the thing. 3. It's to light. In my opinion, there needs to be a bit of inertia to assist in proper targeting. For instance, if I move the mouse to click a "button", I've targeted that button, and need a little inertia to fight against to prevent overshoot. Also minor. 4. Once and awhile, while the mouse is just sitting on the pad, the mouse cursor will "crawl" across the screen. Other than that, it's a excellent mouse. The mouse-buttons have perfect click action, with a near silent click that has just enough tactile and audio feedback to register as complete and successful. The roll-wheel is nice and has subtle detents with also provides just enough feedback. It has a decent length cord, and feels fairly good in my hand--but, I have ex-large hands so I'm not a normal user. I would like the mouse to be a little larger. I use the mouse on a dot pattern I created in Adobe Illustrator. I printed the pattern on card stock and then laminated it in a 3mil sleeve. Then I double-sided taped it to the mouse-pad area of my keyboard tray. That works very well. The pattern is a checkerboard with 56 square-pairs per inch. A "square-pair" consists of a white square next to a black square. So, in all it's 104 squares per inch.
