Good melatonin good sleep

I took it for three consecutive nights.It does induces sleep but I felt drowsy during the days so discontinued taking it.

I was sceptic, but they do work. I feel sleepy around 20-30 minutes after taking one. The tingly popping reminds of those popping-cracking candies from childhood. Don't know long term effects and that is one aspect I'm a little bit wary about
