Solid and well made.
Great set of Steak knives, honestly they are almost too robust and will also use as a paring knife. Solid and well made and should hold a excellent edge, I had returned another "house" brand due to serrated edge and inexpensive quality. These compliment my Wüsthof set nicely.

Excellent Quality for a Modest Cost
We have owned these knives for several years. They are top quality and have enough carbon so as to be sharp-enable with little difficulty. I use an AccuSharp Knife Sharpener purchased through Amazon.

Great knife. Sharp, very sharp. A bit bigger than I expected but at least they cut nicely.

Don't put in dishwasher
Excellent ergonomic and cutting edge. "Dishwasher not recommended" needs to be "handwash only". We were lazy and used dishwasher for past year, the handles have all cracked. Blades are good enough we would be willing to buy again if company upgraded handles to dishwasher safe.

Perfect set of steak knives.
Great weight, size and exactly what I was looking for in a steak knife. The knife block is very nice since it is so small and fits in tight places in a small kitchen.

Tatsächlich sind die Messer schön scharf und recht gut verarbeitet. Wir nutzen sie allerdings nur gelegentlich zum Steak essen. Gespült werden diese Messer ausschließlich von Hand.

Sehr gute Messer. Liegen gut in der Hand bei einem angenehm schweren Gewicht. Dazu noch sehr scharf, sodass das Fleisch geschnitten und nicht gerissen wird. Kann ich nur empfehlen
