replaced the contractor, now the thermostate fuse replaced and the unit is working, but the compressor goes on and off a few times and its not mantain

You have to see if it is the voltage coming from the thermostat that is causing the contactor coil to move in and out or on and off, you can disonnect the power to the compressor motor to check it or just use a meter and check the voltage fom the tstat at the condensor to see if it is coming on and then going off it could be a bad tstat. Either that or you have a weak capacitor!

Can this be used in a furnace or an AC. Are furnace contactors & ac condensor contactors the same thing ?

I used it on an AC condenser. Just connect to correct terminals. It works good.

Will this work on a guardian a/c unit?

If your existing contactor is a two pole model rated at 40 full load amps or less, and has a 24 volt operating coil this should work. Please compare the the detailed photos of the wire terminals, slight modification may be needed. Thanks for your inquiry.

Replacement contactor for my outdoor AC condenser!

My New AC unit quit cooling, so I started looking at the power connections & found a burned power connection to my newly installed outdoor condenser. The AC installer missed tightening the L1 terminal. This contactor is inexpensive, easy to install, fit like it was built for it.
