OMGoodness, I was so happy when my husband opened the box. It matched our foyer wall color and fit the space I chose for it perfectly. My husband assembled in less than 10 minutes, so easy. It looks so lovely in my foyer. The quality is very great and it's comfortable when sitting. It easily accommodates 2 people at one time and has ample storage. I highly recommend this bench.

I love the look, sturdiness, and storage capabilities of this storage bench. However, it was a bear to put together. The bottom was a midge too long and wouldn't fit down in the opening properly. I went ahead and screwed it down anyway which actually helped seat it a little bit better. Then, it was difficult to screw down the hinge, already attached to the lid, to the box. If I lined up the holes on the hinge with the holes on the box, the lid wasn't centered on the box. I had to predrill new holes. Even then, it was difficult to screw in the screws tightly. A couple of them stripped before I could get them tightened down. By the way, I wound up having to use a drill with a screw driver bit. There was no way I could even begin to get anything screwed down using the little bitty screw driver that was included. I won't even discuss attaching the hinges to keep the lid open. The only parts easy to attach were the feet! But, it's finally put together, not in the best fashion, but will have to do.

The ottoman would be nice if it came somewhat assembled and with better instructions on how to better align the lid. There's no room for error. The instructions were not clear. Hence the lid not perfectly aligned. No room for error. Would not recommend this product.

Bought this for my 10 yr old’s room. Struggled with attaching the lid hinges to this, but eventually got it. Instructions were easy to understand and no issues with quality. Kid is 90 pounds and sits and flops on it and is holding strong for pst few months. Recommend for the price.

We purchase this as a storage spot in our living room. We thought it would be a good place to put all of our extra throw blankets and that the color wood camouflage into our wall color well. However, the material that this is made out of is very cheap and came with several punctures in the material that were visible once put together. The mechanism to open and close. This was difficult to put together. Attaching the top took two people to get it lined up somewhat ok. We ended up returning this, as we were not happy with the quality. Save your money.

I bought this specifically to store every day items I use and need at hand in my living room and it is a perfect extra seating space for companyIt is prettier than I expected and is the perfect size to hold what I needed it for.The material is beautiful, seat is sturdy, durable and it is easy to put the legs on. They simply screw in and you are done.I expect this to stand the rest of time.

Screws for hinges won't go in. Now, many holes inside and now cannot install hinges anymore.

Replaced my ratty hard coffee table with this one. It worked perfect for my tiny place
