Needs a better container!
Great flour but the container is ridiculous. I did read the reviews on it being difficult to open but thought it may be human error. I apologize to anyone I thought was just being incompetent! I think it would be easier to get into Area 51 than it was to break into the container.

Good flour but very hard to open and you have to put in a different container after opening as it's no longer sealed.

Very fresh
Our local store has been unpredictable lately in their stock of whole wheat flour. So I ordered this bucket. I was concerned that it might be stale, but it is fresh! It’s very finely ground, so if you like a more stoneground texture, look elsewhere.
