ARCTIC TP-3: Premium Performance Thermal Pad, 120 x 20 x 1.5 mm, (stackable to 2.0 mm without performance loss), 4 Pieces - High Performance, particularly soft, ideal gap filler, bridging gaps

Applied these to my RTX 3080 Ti in 2024 after the original thermal paste had degraded and the GPU was overheating. Since then, temperatures have been back to normal, and I haven't needed to reapply. A straightforward fix for a common GPU overheating issue. Would recommend for anyone in the same situation.

Used to do the cooling mod on my new Macbook Neo. Works fine and is keeping it cool, letting me squeeze every ounce of power out of it. At first I didn't quite see it was split into 4 on the 1 sheet, but that was my mistake.

These thermal pads worked perfectly. A friend’s PC had stopped working properly—it would power on without the GPU installed, but wouldn’t boot when the GPU was in. After some investigation, there was a fair amount of grease buildup on the GPU (they smoke and cook a lot nearby), so I took it apart to clean it and replaced the old thermal pads with these. The ARCTIC pads were easy to work with, nicely soft, and fit well as gap fillers. After reassembling everything, the GPU worked perfectly again with no issues at all. Really impressed with the quality and performance. If you’re refurbishing or repairing a GPU or other components, these are excellent thermal pads and absolutely did the job.

I don't usually review things, but had no choice with this product. I bought this for my first attempt at replacing thermal pads on my 308012gb Strix Graphics Card. I was bricking it to say the least as it's an expensive peice of kit and didn't want to get it wrong xD. After a long process of carefully getting the job done I cannot recommend these pads enough! Really easy to work with and the ability to stack the 1mm pieces into 2mm pieces was the reason I went with these pads. I used these along with Arctic MX-4 thermal paste and my GPU has never seen better temps. I've gone from between 70 - 80 degrees under load to not even above 50 degrees under load! Could not believe my eyes lol. All in all a job well done and a massive thank you to Arctic for yet another awesome product! :) If you're looking for thermal pads for your GPU don't think twice, just buy!

This thermal interface works excellently with rapid heat transfer and dissipation. It’s extremely easy to cut to size and apply with nice firm adhesion. It comes in a protective plastic film that peels off nice and cleanly. For context, I used it in my M2 MacBook Air to thermally connect the mainboard to the aluminium casing, which it does excellently. Almost immediately the heat is pulled out the processor and dissipated across the surface and through the 1.5mm thermal pad. For this application it works excellently, and I think you get enough for the money, although a little more would of course be appreciated.

My razer blade has been overheating since I bought it four years ago so decided to take a more extreme solution to cooling it by replacing its thermal paste and pads. From recommendations on YouTube and Reddit, these were the pads to go for. I can see why as now some months later my laptop is still running noticeably cooler and performing better now the stock pads have been removed. Easy to use and install. Great value for money.

Generous amount. Easy to cut to size and applies well, sticking nicely to RAM and SSD, whilst not too tricky to remove and re-apply if you don't line it up perfectly first attempt. Seems to be doing the trick. Make sure you buy the correct thickness for your system - I upgraded the RAM in my laptop and bought the wrong thickness as I ordered it at the same time as I ordered the new RAM and didn't expect the new RAM to take up more space in the laptop than the old RAM. I had to buy the thinner version. Luckily, it worked perfectly for the extra SSD I decided to buy later on, so I made use of it eventually!

ARTIC always provide good, well manufactured, products. For me, they are my go to company for cooling.

These thermal pads were exactly what I needed to replace the dried up bad ones on my rtx 3080. I really enjoyed how well packaged these were and how easy it was to cut and size to what I needed. The only downside is that the sizes I needed for certain spots were not offered and I had to double up on some of them to achieve the right thickness. Once I had the pads installed it was a no brainer, things worked as I expected them too, temps dropped about 10 degrees and I can breathe a breath of fresh air knowing that my card was gonna stay cool. I still have a bit extra for the next time I need to replace them, so that's a bonus.

I installed it on my Asus laptop, and it works great.

Avevo bisogno di un pad per sostituire appunto i pad termici sul mio intel nuc, il dislivello tra cpu e chipset, tra i core e il dissipatore, è di circa 6/7 decimi di millimetro , quindi uno spessore non in commercio per quel che ho potuto capire. Questo pad mi ha risolto il problema, è una specie di pasta termica, non un cuscinetto siliconico, come altri prodotti che avevo acquistato in passato, sotto la pressione si modella delicatamente e prende la forma del componente, conserva anche un pò di elasticità. Ovviamente in caso di disassemblaggio del dissipatore, a mio avviso va sostituito e messo nuovo. Ottimo, mi ha risolto il problema, buona anche la dissipazione, il mio mini pc è rinato, Artic poi è un mito in questo campo, uso le sue paste termiche da una vita, ed a mio avviso è anche molto seria nel dichiarare le prestazioni reali dei suoi prodotti, vi consiglio di dare un occhio al loro sito per capire di cosa parlo. Un acquisto consigliato, unico appunto, va maneggiato ed eventualmente tagliato, con molta delicatezza, mettendo in conto, eventualmente, un pò di spreco, se dovete ritagliarlo per chip molto piccoli, come è accaduto nel mio caso. Io l'ho tolto dalla pellicola più rigida e l'ho tagliato con una lametta, sagomandolo in maniera precisa e semplice, poi l'ho applicato sollevandolo con un pinzetta, stando attendo a non strapparlo, dopo applicato si può sagonare ancora facendogli prendere la forma necessaria all'applicazione per cui ci serve. Questa è stata la mia esperienza. Se ci sono novità per ciò che riguarda prestazioni o durata, mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione.
