Easy to assemble with following some online YouTube videos. Only real issue is the locks. Locking arm hits the bolt that attaches it so it won’t turn. That bolt will need to be trimmed down.

So yes there are NO instructions. I actually accepted this challenge and had a good time figuring it out. It's like a puzzle. I am not the guy you call when your Harley has a mechanical issue so this was a good learning experience. Here is what I did. I laid everything out into two piles, left and right. I then started deducing which screw went where. There are two springs that I have no idea where they go so I just left them out. I think once you guys lay everything out and separate everything into pile it will be pretty easy to figure out. If I can do it you can trust me when I say that. There were two problems I have. First, is the screws are cheap and one of them broke. I only have the right lid on so before I start the other side I am going to the hardware store and buying new screws for the critical areas. Next, the Harley locks wont fit. This sucks for me because I have an after market tour pack so now I have three different keys. SMH....Update: The screws are 8/32 and can be purchased at a hardware store. I recommend upgrading the screws prior to installation.

This product is decent. When I received the product there was missing hardware and the lever is not painted well, they were chipped in several areas. They did have great customer service and send me the missing hardware and different levers but the paint was also chipped.
