I use it every day for my personal use and for styling customers, but it has no issues yet. The design of the product is also excellent with a modern and sophisticated black color, and the handle is long enough to use, making it very convenient. Super iron for professional use. Just had to get used to the auto shutoff feature. Using it In A professional salon, I have it plugged in 10 Hours a day. It shuts off at 2 hours. Very happy with it- heat settings are superb and my styles hold the curl.

I decided to get this product because of a top 16 list I saw on Vogue.com and YouTube influencer Brad Mondo. With their reviews, I decided to give it a shot since it’s very affordable. The day when I received it, I was hoping it will work out. This product was easy to use for me, better than the clamp style. The only thing is that for some reason I can never hold curls in place the traditional way with styling products! The curls were falling throughout the night so decided to return it so 4 starts because of this. But! For those who knows how to set curls, this will be a really good tool. I guess I have to use those wands that doesn’t require setting sprays or styling products.

I am a Hot Tools Lover. I was so excited to receive this iron that i immediately tore into the box like Christmas morning. I took it to my salon to try it. I used it 1 time after that client the next client came in. I attempted to turn on the iron and it would not turn on at all. I tried 3 outlets it would not turn on. When I did turn it on the first time I noticed the light blinking. My old iron is 10 years old and still works. The quality of this is obviously not built to last.

I'm a hairstylist working behind the chair 40 hours a week, curling anywhere between 10-20 guests a week and this curling iron is a work horse! Easy to use (if you're trained in using a Marcel iron) and always an awesome curl pattern. I do recommend guests to buy a spring iron or a wand because these marcells are not super user friendly unless you really commit to learning, but I do love it for myself. Always recommend something with temperature control which this has rather than just a simple on/off switch. Love it

After a certain amount of time it turns off and I have to plug it into a different outlet to get it to turn back on. Wth?!? Also the matte coating on the handle is chipping a lot atleast which is honestly a little annoying but I do use it ALOT.

I had this exact curling iron in the gold color but it was not duel voltage and couldn’t use it when I went europe. Bought this black model for travelling. It’s an excellent curling iron!
