Love this stuff. Helps me sleep/relax, easy to swallow. Definite noticable difference when I take it and don't. Couldn't recommend enough. I have around 2 with my dinner, and one before I sleep. Sometimes one during the day if I am feeling extra stressed!

Took just 3 to 4 nights of consistently taking, (one capsule before bedtime) for these to begin to kick in & do it's thing.. Wow! Haven't slept as well as this since I was a baby.. Now middle aged & just really appreciating a quality deep sleep each night! Wake up feeling I've had a deep restorative sleep as opposed to a wrestless bad night's sleep. Whatever these Magtein Magnesium Threonate capsules are doing to my brain each night is wonderful for a great night's sleep.. they really help you switch off in mind at bedtime & relax your brain/mind into a deep sleep. Don't wake up even once during the night, just blissfully sleep all the way through till morning.. Bare in mind that we can sometimes all react differently to various supplements as we are all individual. You won't know until you try out these particular capsules! Yes they're rather pricey, however think of it as it's almost 120 night's of excellent quality deep sleeps...zzz Worth the money for me personally. Would highly recommend.

For long term cognitive and sleep benefits... I bought this for my younger brother, unable to mention how it is working as this is not something to use for the short term. High quality magnesium nonetheless

I have taken two every nite for 2 yrs now . I have no significant evidence of its benefits to be fair . I feel that it’s aids sleep and helps with my cognitive ability together with other things like trying new things , eating fairly well and moving . This is my view , tablets alone cannot do much , it’s the way we live ! I find they are helpful anyway 👍👍👍
