Works perfectly to replace FL10N Japanese Bulbs
I was nervous about replacing the bulbs in my Japanese Pachislot Machine since they are a very specific bulb type that is very expensive to export (FL10N). I am happy to report that these slotted right in, and worked immediately and perfectly. What a relief. The quality of light is fantastic and looks original.

not well constructed
It was shipped quickly but it had some manufacturing flaws. First, the internal 2 pin connector had come loose in shipping. Second, the wires on the other side were loosely crimped to the 2 posts. Since this was a specialty piece of equipment, I removed the pins and ran the wires directly to the ballast by soldering them and insulating with heat shrink. All in all, it added about 2 hours of labor to the repair by trying to figure out why it did not work.
