I’m pleased with the sound quality.

I don’t see the dbk02 in my bluetooth list for my lg phone. is there another way to connect them to my phone ?

The earbuds auto-enter BT search mode for a limited time when removed from the case. Then place your Android phone in bluetooth search mode, then the earbud dbk02 should appear. If not, better contact the manufacturer via their email (apparently it's the only form of customer service they offer). Good luck.
