I really like this mask! I complete in a high volume/ endurance sport and I can tell a big difference with my lifting after using this training tool. Pay attention to the sizing. I followed the chart and got a medium, I would have preferred a tighter fit.

This does tend to slip off of the face, especially if you sweat alot during exercise. I use it while warming up on the stationary bike and it slips. Idk if I would recommend this product

No quite as i expected. Want as restricting as the original viper mask

It just arrived in the mail and I'm excited to use it. Yet when I tried it, it felt a little loose. The other thing is that I have used the Training mask 2.0 and it's much more difficult to breathe with the 2.0 than with this one even when using it on level 4 which is supposed to be the most difficult level. I will surely take advantage of this new beautiful sport gadget, but I'm thinking I should've bought the Training Mask 2.0Anyway, I will give it a try and will comeback in a couple of days to elaborate a bit more on what the experience was..
