Jabra 14201-20 Link 20 EHS Adapter for Avaya

Read the fine print when you order a Jabra wireless headset and determine if you need an EHS for your phone. Then get the right one. It makes all the difference and takes the audio/voice quality to a whole new level.

I was informed that it would pass the ring tone from the phone to the headset if a call comes in and you are away from your desk. Either the device was DOA or it doesn't work that way. I followed the instructions and tried several settings. I gave up and chucked it in a drawer.

Works Great on my Avaya phone system. Allows me to use some fancy habra headsets without any weird phone lifters. Just put a small adhesive mic near your ringer, plug in the cables and its good to go.

We have used these for years, work well.

Allows our insides sales people to hear their phone ringing when away from their desk. Easy installation, takes up minimal space.

Works as it is supposed to. We are using with a ShoreTel ip230g.
