These chairs really hold up
I have two of these chairs from about 10 years ago and just bought two more. They are great chairs, very comfortable, and sturdy. They hold up great to the elements -- mine are in the yard. They are hard to put together but worth the effort1

Stained immediately
I ordered 4 chairs in the gray color. Assembly was hard at first (almost 2 hours) but by the 4th one it only took about 30 minutes. The chairs are sturdy and I was excited to put them out on our patio. I immediately noticed that anytime you touched the chair it would leave a fingerprint/handprint oil stain. I tried washing it off with soap and warm water like the instructions said but it would not come off. It looks awful and I’m very upset with the quality of the finish that would allow this to happen. These chairs are meant to be outside. Ours are around a fire pit where we eat and have drinks. Unless you plan on wearing gloves or washing your hands every 5 minutes to remove any natural oils from your skin I would NOT recommend these chairs, or at least this color.

Quality! Well made! Seating, very comfortable!
Comfortable! Worth the bucks! Hire someone to put it together, unless you're good at nuts and bolts. This brand stands out above others!

Nice chairs, worst assembly project ever...
Nice chairs. They look good and are sturdy. The chairs are very good quality, especially for the price. After years of assembling toys for the kids for Christmas when they were little, furniture for our houses and the kids when they grew up... These chairs (we purchased 2) were the most difficult and frustrating assembly project I believe I have ever tackled. The instructions were weak at best, the labels on each piece to indicate which piece was missing on 3/4 of the pieces. Trying to line up the bolts to the pre-drilled holes was impossible because of a combination of the lack of taper on the bolts and the fact that the pre-drilled holes were too small meant that lining up the parts was totally blind (I had to get a nail that fit into the pre-drilled holes and use that to try to line up bolts 2 through x on each piece). The most frustrating effort was that things did not align. There were 3 holes in each slat on the back. the bottom 2 holes aligned perfectly, the third one was more than the diameter of the bolt too low. Had to take all out and "angle" the top and bottom to try to get a bite so that they would dig in. When I put the arm rests on the chairs, the back holes were so out of line with the front holes that I had to use 2 pipe clamps to pull the arms into alignment to put in the bolts (glad I have wood working tools, not sure how you would do this without pipe clamps).

Comfortable, update, another update
Seem to be well made but we have only had them a few weeks. We bought two gray and two wood tone. The gray is nice but the wood tone is more terracotta. Each chair had to have at least two holes to be re drilled (5/32 size bit). One person can put together if handy. Very comfortable.Had these chairs almost a year. Kept out in the open thru hot, wet Texas summer, and they still look good, did not fade or rust. We love these chairs.Going on fifth summer, the chairs have set outside in hot Texas summer, wind, rain, A week of freezing weather ,and they are still okay. A slight bit of fading. But they are still in one piece and nothing has broken.

Don’t tighten the screws too much before putting the last ones In!
Was fairly easy to assemble except for the very last few screws. The tools supplied wear out before you are finished! Get your own wrenches for when the supplied ones get rounded.

Super comfortable chairs
We love these Adirondack chairs. They are super comfortable and very durable. They hold up to the weather really well. There is a learning curve to the assembly. I used an awl to line up the holes before inserting screws. This makes a huge difference. I also use a power driver for the allen wrench since there is a lot of screws. Screws are stainless steel which is great.

NOT stain or weather resistant
One rain storm and they are water stained. There’s also a sweat stain on the back from a person sitting on it one time! Poor quality , annoying to put together, screws holes don’t line up. Returning
