It is what they describe but the holes are not punched very well. I am attempting to splice 8mm film for use. I found this stuff not really usable compared to the old Kodak splice tape.I gave it 2 stars because the pictures were accurate and it did arrive on time but I am throwing it away because I can't use it. If you need to splice old 8mm or super 8, find something else.
