Exactly what it's supposed to be, a nutrient dense raw honey loaded with bee pollen, royal jelly and propolis for a very reasonable price. I've been a consumer of raw honeys as well as these other ingredients for years, this is the real deal. Don't expect it to taste like real honey because it is not - to me it is a much richer flavor, partly because I'm accustomed to the bitter taste of royal jelly which is definitely there - could be an acquired taste. One teaspoon a day on a mostly empty stomach is the usual way I take it (which is plenty) but sometimes can't resist eating more. The texture will also be a little different because of the pollen grains. I can feel it doing exactly what it should and it is delicious. Granted, this is the one and only bottle I've had. Says to keep in fridge so I am, even though not sure it is necessary as honey preserves well. I think it tastes better at room temperature though.

Love it and it is perfect for my severe osteoporosis. When I do not heat this at lunch with my bone rich dense meal I am sluggish and brain fog.. This is the best honey I have had so far.

I bought this for my dad as part of a gift because he is focusing on better health and adds honey to his smoothies every day. Although I've tried many types of raw, unfiltered honey brands and types over the years, I wasn't sure what to expect with this one. This honey complex is a conglomeration of multiple honeys, bee pollen, bee bread, and royal jelly all mixed together. My dad was happy with the gift since all the extra 'bits' as he puts it, are packed full of nutrition. The label and jar looked clean and crisp and entact when it arrived to him which was a relief because a broken jar of honey would be a terrible gift! He said he really enjoys the honey- it's sweet and not bitter at all as you might expect with royal jelly. The honey seems to have everything in it that the company claims it does. He said the only downside is that he has to refrigerate it, since honey becomes tacky and tough to manage when it's cold. If someone loves honey, smoothies or nutrition, I would definitely consider buying this for them as a gift for something novel or different. I might even buy this for my dad again in the future if by the end of the jar he's really loving it. To buy it for myself to use regularly though? I'm hesitant on that. At nearly $30 for about 16oz of honey it seems a little unrealistic for the average person with the average use or need. I say that because the flavor is sweet, but it's not *exceptional* or unique or over the top, whereas many local honeys are just so tasty! I give it five stars though because it came as expected (clean, neat, entact), it arrived only 2 days after ordering and I DID buy it as a gift, and my dad was very happy with it! It really was great for this purpose!

The honey is thick and full of the wonderful blessings that bees bestow. Didn't expect it to taste so good but it is great! Well worth spending extra.

Very good but very expensive making it a once in a while treat. Wish they’d sell it in larger bottles for a bulk discount. Has the highest concentration of propolis, bee pollen, royal jelly etc per serving that I have found. Tastes great!

Very good honey, nice bright taste. A bit crystalized, which I don't expect from a $$$ honey.

Wonderful to have all of the honey bee by-products in one jar. I have always kept bee pollen around as a supplement to improve my energy level and immune support for running, but to have bee hive products blended with raw honey creates a delightful creamy flavor with suprising textures. Sometimes you get a little piece of bees wax or honey comb to chew on as every spoonful is different and the honey tastes great with multigrain bread. I am so thankful to have found this health-food treasure on Amazon.

It purchased it 3 times. Fist 2 times it was perfect. The last time I did not taste any dandelion honey as claimed should be present. Mostly mountain honey. It was a disappointment. The taste is not the same. Can't return it. I paid more for this little jar, not only for qualities, but also for the taste.
