The popular T style plug and socket has been improved with the addition of clip-on insulating caps. These caps replace the need for heatshrink tubing and will accommodate up to 10awg wire. Package includes 10x male T-Plug and 10x female T-Plug.

Easy for kids to disconnect batteries
I really like genuine deans plugs, but they are difficult for my children to disconnect by themselves. I used these ones on about six different battery packs and ESCs for three different radio controlled cars and my children can disconnect the battery, plug it into the charger, then plug it back into the radio control car without any help. The extra gripping/gray body portion makes them very easy to grasp and pull apart. The resin material is very heat resistant and did not deform or melt while soldering 12 gauge wire to the terminals. In use, I see no difference between these in the originals. The connection stays cool and secure. My only advice is to use a pair of pliers to squeeze the connector and the gray part together.

Best Deans connectors out there.
I used these to replace the connectors on my Tacon Bulwark and my LiPo and NiMH batteries.These are in my opinion the best Deans Connectors available.They resist heat very well, without melting.The gold plated tabs solder up well (use flux and don't be bashful about it) and the pin ends connect up solidly even to standard Deans connectors.I like the grey strain relief/plug extension that clips on. You can choose to use it or leave it off. I like it because it gives more grip area to remove a tight fitting connection and it looks nice as well.

Great concept
I love the extra protection these things provide. Also it hides my terrible work on my stuff. I'm not suggesting anyone should use this to hide poor soldering. I love these things. Gives you that extra insurance than regular heat shrink.

Pain to solder
Should have solder cups instead of just a tab. No mechanical connection of wire to the plug since there isn't any cup to solder to.

Great T connector without shrink wrap
These caps solve the hardest problem with soldering deans- covering up all the bare metal with shrink wrap that never slides off. But I wish I knew how to reopen to reuse a connector.

Easy on the fingers
Great blend between a regular deans and a xt60. Easy to grip. Easy to solder. Just make sure you have shrink wrap and lock in place before you assemble.
