It's ok.... Not sure if it's worth the price.
All my handguns are Glock. I bought this sight pusher to use on my Glock. Upon opening it and trying to get it set up correctly, it took me about 5 minutes to figure it out. The direction sucks and did not mention any of this. AS I try to lock my slide into place, I notice that my slide sits too high and the pusher is hitting the slide.I spent a few minutes trying to adjust it down but it did not make any difference. After looking at the sight pusher, I notice there are 3 plates on the bottom, 1 is black and the other 2 are silver. If your slide sits too high, you have to remove the silver plate. I removed 1 of the silver plates and my slide was still sitting too high so I had to remove both of the silver plate and kept the black plate on there in order for my slide to finally sit in correctly.Using the sight pusher to push out the rear sight was very easy. It was putting the new rear sight back on that will require you to use some power. All in all, it worked for what I needed it for but I don't know if it's worth the price. It's almost $100 for this, when you can just use a rubber mallet for $10 on here and will do the job better. So to make this short, this sight pusher works but I would rather use a rubber mallet instead. It's cheaper and so much easier to use.Update 2025: after owning this product for close to a year and getting familiar with it. I wanted to update my previous review on this product. This sight pusher is actually the best one out there! Easy to use and putting on the rear sight is a cake walk. I highly recommend this sight pusher.

Best quality - Best Value - Period
I needed a Glock sight pusher for several Glocks I'm changing original sights for OEM night sights.... after many looks at reviews on Glock sight pushers - I chose this one. You get a very well made tool that works VERY well - very adaptable to all sights and all Glocks... AND - you get the front sight tool/punch as a kicker!!! (no one else offers that tool combo that I found). In my opinion, the cost of this tool was WELL worth it compared to having a gunsmith change the sights and all that delay, travel, etc.... plus now I can micro "adjust" sights on my own to fit my personal needs for better accuracy. I'm very pleased - you will be too... High quality - great value on price and adaptability across all Glocks- all sights (incl aftermarket) - buy one.

Great for mounting Glock, or clones, rear iron sights.
As with other Real Avid firearm tools, this is a quality, well made and sturdy tool that should last a long time with proper use and care.I have a G19 clone that I was having a difficult time with getting the rear steel sight mounted. I tried using other sight tools, to no avail, even with sizing carefully with small files and lubricant. I returned the tools.I saw the Real Avid Glock rear sight tool, and on sale here on Amazon, so ordered one. It came quickly. I took my time, with some more minor filing, and worked slowly tightening and releasing the sight pusher until the sight was, finally, mounted. This is a great tool, and I highly recommend it.Good job, Real Avid, I will definitely be purchasing more of your tools!

Great tool!
I've been an armorer for over 20 years. When someone told me about this, my life became so much easier. The front sight tool fits int he handle and I've had no issues using this tool. Buy in confidence.NOTE: Responsive company. We purchased two for our shop. One of the front sight tools wasn't centered preventing a complete turn of the front sight screw. A simple call and a replacement was sent. They even sent postage for the return of the defective item so they could insure this wouldn't happen again.

Damaged sight
Looks like a nice tool, but there isnt any adjusting to get the correct clearances other than the shims they provide. Contacted the manufacturer after it damaged a sight when removing, following their user instructions, they told me the pusher wasn't far enough in the dovetail. There is no adjustment for that other than the two shims. Wouldnt recommend this tool if you plan on reusing the sight.

Perfect tool for adjusting Glock rear sight without taking off my Holosun optical sight.
I don’t know why some people who bought this Avid sight pusher for Glock end up with negativity, maybe some incompetent role playing in their part, but for me it’s a perfect tool and nothing is comperable out there in the market. Its a well made sight pusher for portability specially when adjusting your sight at pistol range.I love it and it can last for many years when using it with care and common sense.

Great Tool, Must have for Changing Glock Sights
This tool makes pushing, moving or adjusting the rear sights a breeze; without marring the finish of your slide or destroying the rear sight. I had my old rear sight off and my new night sight back on and centered in less than three mins.If you own more than one Glock or plan on changing sights, this tool is a must. The hardest thing is figuring out how to get the spacers off that are not needed for any standards or compacts. you have to raise the silver foot thing up, enough to remove them, then put the slide in and tighten. The worst thing is the goofy tool that stores in the turning handle. Its a great idea, but a poor implementation. Its unscrews and comes in half, when you're trying to get the front sight screw out and you can't get enough torque on it, while keeping it on the tiny screw on the bottom inside of the slide. I finally had to grip the tool with Vice grips. If that tool wasn't such a pain, I'd have given this a 5 stars!!!Will use again to upgrade other sights...
