Unique and specific use for this product, but it worked perfectly. Ran each camera off a 10,000mA usb portable rechargable battery for 6 hours without any problem. Because no screen, very low power consumption. I wanted a fixed wide lens that I could manually sharpen, as I didn't want movement to change the image. I used two cameras, each to HDMI to USB converter into my laptop with OBS Studio running them as portrait to get the full length of track. They were surprisingly clear and caught the action well. Not a high end setup, but production value looked beyond the $500 I spent in gear. Very happy with the lens quality too. I'm looking forward to using the 4K mode with a sd card.

This is the second-best webcam I've ever reviewed. The best one I reviewed is the big brother model from Mokose 4K (model UC70-6-12MM) with a massive 1/1.7" sensor. This particular model "only" has a 1/2.3" sensor which is still much larger than the typical 1/3" sensors found in most webcams. This webcam only supports 1080P but it has 4K recording on its internal MicroSD slot and 4K HDMI output. The big brother model does not have internal MicroSD recording or HDMI output. This model also has physical control buttons that let you adjust things like color balance and exposure which is really important if you want to record in front of a green screen. You lock the color balance without the green screen and then you can go in front of the green screen without the color temperature getting all messed up.
