Pros:Cute. Nice colorComes with dust bag.Interesting design, not your usual school backpack.The hardware is a light gold color, not silver.Light weight.Good size. Bought to carry my sweaters during travel.The side pockets do not open to the main compartment.DislikesThe bag creases easily on the fabric so some areas appear slightly wrinkled. I don't know if this can be steamed out, maybe... It's not a huge issue but I don't know how it will be over time.It appears to be a water resistant fabric, it isn't. I used a waterproofing spray on it. It does works on this fabric. The pictures are of after I sprayed the article.Not sure how well the zippers will stay up over time, it's a design compromise. I would have made the zippers close downwards instead of up, based on gravity.The tan pleather feels a bit sticky.The bag smells a bit funny upon opening, like with all new things, it will go away.It is a nice bag. I like it.

This bag has been my workhorse for a year abroad. It is indestructible and washable. It has seen every kind of funk and washed off. The unique features are slash pockets and pouches on the outside of the bag. Works perfect for me. The slash pockets are lined with very soft fabric for cell phone and glasses—Easy to reach around and access even on your back. The side pouch holds water bottle well. The main zipper is against your body so noone else can easily access the bag from behind you. Love that feature. The zippers are really durable and function smoothly. I love that the bag looks more fashionable and small and holds a lot. My 13in laptop with its cover fits inside. Plus I can keep a sweater, change of clothes and a lunch inside. Even loaded the stitching has held up. I actually bought a second one and kept in case they stop making it. But this one is still holding up. Only one flaw is that the lining of the slash pockets can get caught in the zipper. Considering how much I’ve used it not a big deal. Next one I’ll somehow stitch that down a little

I have been searching for quite sometime for the perfect backpack that could be used as a purse. What can i say? I travel heavy. I love, love this product. The army/hunter green color that i chose is gorgeous, very durable and definitely practical. Finally, my search is over, for now. I will most likely order the same item in black. Everything fits but it's not too bulky and is too stylish to be considered an everyday school backpack! I ordered the large size, not small. PERFECT size for me.

This bag is super cute and I loved it so much for the first couple of months but last month one of the straps broke on me. I really hate that it did because it is super cute and it has plenty of room and pockets but now I can't even use it. I didn't even keep that much stuff in it so I'm not even sure how or why it broke.. I guess the material just isn't all that sturdy. I would have to say that I probably wouldn't buy it again though since it only lasted me a couple of months. :(Update: the company got in touch with me as soon as I posted this review and they sent me a brand new bag. They were quick and professional and I would definitely recommend buying from them.

This GALLAGHAN backpack is so Beautiful . I love this color and style. Looks sturdy . the material is good and the zipper is in the back which is good for me ....it really so beautiful as you can see in the picture . the size is not that big not small . it s good size to carry to many things _:sweater; jacket ; hat ;books; folders ;small laptop; food ..... .... I recommend this women backpack....

The backpack i got had a round zipper in the back and it is not from the company that has been advertised in the pictures.

I returned the item because the strap on the backpack had little nicks in the vinyl part. When I received the replacement I found that it too had little nicks in the vinyl and also there was a little spot on the bag. It was on the front side of the backpack. I didn't want to return it again because I thought I would receive the same thing. I like the bag but really am disappointed that no one checks to make sure that when they replace the item it would be without any marks.

I've only had it for a few weeks. The big compartment is a nice size. If the two side compartment would be a little bigger that would be better for me. I like the side pockets also. UPDATE: I noticed yesterday that the was tear on the side pocket. I've only had this purse for a few weeks. I expect wear and tear but not this early.
