Works as they should.

I use this socket set for automotive work and I cannot break any of the sockets but a couple of them are missing and craftsman does not make them

Lots of sockets all impact. There are 0 1/4in. Anything. No standards no metric. No extensions or swivels. Looked like a decent deal but should've read the reviews of others not getting 1/4 anything. The Allen and torx sockets and ETORX are ONLY 1/2 DRIVE making them very bulky. I will only use those in emergency when my great wrench won't work.Would only recommend under caution

Craftsman Impact Set - 4/5 Stars - This set is made in Taiwan (not China) and has a lifetime warranty. Purchased on sale in 2024 for $370.First, The Bad: Like all Craftsman sets I've bought online, this set has weird gaps. Missing 16mm here, missing 20mm there. There were seven (7) gaps total. The gaps were all on the metric sets, the SAE were all "complete". I've got no idea why Craftsman does this, other than a cheap money grab. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, THERE ARE NO 1/4" DRIVE SOCKETS. So, if you need/want them, you're out of luck. Finally, the packaging on the 1/2" specialty sockets came in a nice cardboard box, but all of the other sets came jumbled together in plastic bags. Not ideal.Next, The Good: No duplicates! My biggest concern. Overall, I purchased 130 pieces and I received 130 pieces (this does NOT include the gaps - with the gaps it would have been 137 pieces). Almost all of the sockets came in good shape with legible numbers (only 1 out of 130 pieces was a bit worn and too faint to read). No cracks or major blemishes. Only needed a minor wipe-down to clean up factory oil.Long-term: We'll see how they hold up. If I easily break any I'll update this review. I'm optimistic, though. I've had good luck with Craftsman over the years, but I know others aren't so sure. So again, we'll see.Overall, 4/5 Stars, would buy again. No weird gaps and better packaging would be worth 5/5 Stars.

Really nice set. I'm slowly rebuilding a 1977 Ford F250 Camper Special, and this is really going to come in handy! It is obvious just by handling it how much better quality it is than my old cheap set. Plus, it comes with a lifetime warranty. If I have any issues after using it for awhile I'll come back and update, but it looks like a high quality set and I expect it to be great.

I read the reviews before purchasing this item..I too was no expectation as far as missing pieces out of my purchase. I did not receive my 16mm deep impact socket and I didn't receive my 1" deep impact socket.. kind of disappointed. Just be ready to receive an incomplete package.

Good quality, good tool. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the first one who lacks some elements in the kit. I contacted the customer support service. the only option is to return the goods and get the money back. Keep this in mind when choosing this product
