I purcheased the ele and attached it to the trinity nuface and it does not turn on with this attachment on. help.

Zero stars. Does not work like the original 90’s prototype
Zero stars. Does not work. Either the product I received was defective or the new design is faulty.I used to have the original prototype of this device in the 90’s and it worked great!. The device was slim and ergonomic. The current was mild on minimum setting to very very strong on high setting. You had to start on mild and build up tolerance to the stronger current over time. I used the original prototype device form the 90’s for many years untill it stopped working and My coworkers kept asking me if I had face work done. I didn’t, I was just using that device religiously.Fast forward to 12/2024, I purchased this new device hoping it was replica of the 90’s device.Unfortunately, to my great disappointment, this device I received is nothing like the original 90’s prototype.The current in this new device is so weak on high setting that is barely noticeable. On mild setting you can’t feel any current at all. Plus, this Device is too bulky and awkward to hold. Not worth the any amount of money if it’s not working as it’s supposed to.

It works!!
Not only does this work but it feels fabulous while you are using it. My face feels very taunt afterwards and my pores are almost invisible. I am 65+ and have been using this for a month. Give it a try.

I love my nuface
While I love the trinity, I'll prob buy the mini plus next time but hopefully this will last a few years, if not I will change my review. I bought it during prime week so the price is better than it is now. It lifts and I feel I definitely look younger/better when I use it. I just do the basic routine and use glyercin. I don't like the gel it come with. It's basically useless. The attachments not sure because I rarely use them.

Doesn't Fit with Trinity Plus
I specifically bought a Trinity Plus and this attachment in the same order so that they would work together. But, I can see this attachment does not go on the Trinity Plus. At the time I purchased, this information was not on the descrition. Hopefully, based in this review, the description now calls out that it only works with the Trinity and not the Trinity Plus.I am leaving 4 stars instead of 1 star because A) The company allowed me to return the attachment at no cost and B) they sent me a link for the attachment that does work with the Trinity Plus. That attachment seems so good so far, but it is too early to tell how effective it will be in the long run.

Not happy with the plug situation
I was so excited to get this product and realized that I was sent the European version. I did not have a plug to charge very disappointed that there was nothing written about a choice of European or US plugs.

I also use a item called Reverse Light Therapy from SkinClinical which I use under my eyes and around the sides around my mouth and have been using that since last October and I have to say I see a difference with that and now with the NuSkin it's even better. My girl said because of my my great genes I really don't need the ELE, it would be overkill, so I'm using what I have. I've had a problem with \"bags\" forever, even when I was young. In fact, I recently saw a suggestion on their website that was made by one of the beauty magazines, to use it once a day after having used your eye cream (rather than using it with the usual gel). I've recently started doing it at night after using my eye cream and I REALLY saw a big difference the next day. The area looked \"flatter\" and wasn't dark. It really looked great.
