The best mouse trap money can buy
This was the greatest improvement Victor has made in conventional mouse traps. Easy to dispose of dead mice and very easy to reset.Very good to use multiple traps at one time. It has killed hundreds of mice.

These are AMAZING!
These are hands down the BEST mouse traps - and we've tried just about every solution. They are SUPER easy to use/set; unlike the classic snap traps that are frankly scary to try to set. They aren't messy. The claw-like design makes it easy to discard the mouse. They are reusable. They are amazing. I HIGHLY recommend these traps.

Pretty reliable if you keep them clean and baited.
I've used these for years and they are still one of my top 2 picks. They reliably catch mice every time if you keep it clean (after catching another mouse, or letting it sit somewhere dusty/dirty for a while) and you keep it baited. I use the mouse attractant gel vs. anything else. Seems to catch them every time.

Work Great On Voles!
These traps worked really well for me. The best feature is that you can dispose of the critter without touching it and also reuse the trap. I bought six traps and all six traps caught a vole from the yard within a couple nights. Here are some tips that worked for me...- Put a small amount of peanut butter (use a tooth pick) on the back half of the square trigger mechanism. Do not let the vole easily eat from the front tip of the mechanism without activating it- The hinge locking mechanism does not set/engage in a vertical orientation. To set the trap, hold it in the normal/horizontal orientation and then once it is set you can rotate it vertically- Place the trap vertically over the top of the hole in the ground with the mouth of the trap facing straight down into the hole. The hole will be small enough that the trap does not fall in- The first trap that caught a vole had a 5-gallon bucket turned upside down over it. This creates a sense of security for the vole. You may want to try this as well. However, I had 5 other traps that caught voles over subsequent nights without a 5-gallon bucket

Easiest to use of all the traps I've tried
No mouse trap is humane and I, for one, feel horrible using them, but sometimes they're the only choice for ridding the home of vermin which do come indoors when seasons change or construction work is occurring nearby. Glue traps, in which the mouse is often alive but struggling, are the worst. These traps are easy to set and will never surprise you with a snap and finger pinch while you are baiting them: the bait goes on top, and then you "set" them while your fingers are on the outside. They can even be reused. The packaging says "safe for pets and children" but I only place them in locations the dog and kids can't reach, because they're curious. Getting caught in the trap wouldn't be lethal but would be frightening and could hurt a paw or finger.CAVEAT (edited review):Don't presume a small mouse who fits totally into the snapped trap is dispatched. This morning I opened a trap which had been tripped and the mouse was still very much alive.

Catches but doesn't kill
This trap gets one star because it did, indeed, catch mice. However, it did not dispatch them. Nothing is worse than having to kill a mouse that was not finished off by the trap. I have never had this issue with the Tomcat Press N Set traps I've used. I bought these because I couldn't find Tomcat traps but I will definitely be going back to them rather than having to finish off a mouse that is suffering.

Wonât stay open
These will only work maybe once if youâre lucky. After that, they will not stay open. Itâs like the spring mechanism fails after one use. Itâs crap.
