Bad product one earpiece stopped working in 3mths only

Now it is 9th month after my purchase. I never experienced this kind of worst experience from a brand which used 'Amazon'!Audio quality is good. but its speaker a few times slipped open.battery is also good. but for the last 5 days, it is not getting off or not responding. but showing power on with its light. so i am keeping aside to drain its power and switch off. since I know embedded software programming, this is clear case of firmware issues. Amazon should be careful when they come up without much testing or wrong suppliers when they white label it.anyway price bracket is good. so, you may try if you are patient.Update:I gave four stars after first month. Now it is really bad after a few months. Suddenly it stopped working and failed switch off too. Then i painfully waited to drain the battery. After next recharge, it worked for an hour. The. Everything related. But then recharging did not work. I just stopped trying. The one I had purchased from one plus prior to this ( an year), still works. However the price was just double.

It's battery back is so long and product is very attractive.

Sound quality when listening to music and voice clarity on calls are good but overall I am not finding that punch I was looking for in a BlueTooth neckband. I earlier had the BOLT BlueTooth neckband, found that the function buttons and design were similar but the BOLT took the cake for sound punch and clarity. I am yet to test this in traffic, it is when I will actually know how it performs.I am not happy that they have provided the socket to plug in the cable on the same side of the controls. Also may be it's just me but the controls should have been on the left side, my hand automatically reaches for the controls on the left when they are on the right side. The neckband is comfortable and appreciate the wings that they have on the ear tip that snug into the ear preventing them from falling out. Those magnets on the ear tips are surely a great design idea, you can be sure that the wires leading to the ear tips from the neckband are not snapped or caught anywhere. The neckband is light and comfortable. I am going to exploit it to get used to it, I am a heavy user.From experience and many other reviews I missed out to add, there is no Base in the sound...Overall rating of 3; as mentioned in the title "You get what you paid for, nothing spectacular!"

1st time purchasing Amazon basics products, had very bad experience.* purchased on 1st September 2023, product not working last week October 2023.* Called Amazon customer care, they directed Amazon brands, made call to Amazon brands they again directed to Appario.* finally called to Appario, voice msg says any compliant regarding product press 2, call disconnected immediately after pressing 2. Repeatedly called, all time call disconnected once after 2 pressed.* now I need to throw the Amazon basics product in the dustbinNote: product has no damage, photo attached

Sound quality and bass quality is good. Only drawback i noticed is the size of the replaceable ear buds.The biggest size also seems to be not fitting properly in my ears feeling bit loose. Apart from this no other issues.
