Excellent resource!
This is a great resource book! You really don't need anything else. The book is comprehensive detailing each exercise with photographs as an aid. Marc includes every exercise for every body part. Great section on developing and shaping the legs and glutes.

I liked the book alot. I do wish it had actual photos or diagrams of the exercises though.

Really enjoyed reading this book a few times. I have started using the program and couldn't be happier. It has really made a difference in my workouts. So glad I came across this book.

Only for the gym
Kind of wish there was more you can do at home especially because of covid. But it sounds like a good plan for the gym when they are open again

Very Informative
This book is a great read for those starting to workout but not sure what to do when alone or how to judge your progress.

What? an instruction book with no photos!
The written content is not bad but if you are like me and want this book as a visual guide to the strength exercises you are out of luck. The only picture in this book is on the cover...oh and of the author in the "About the Author" section. Please Mr. McLean - give us some photos of recommended exercises and techniques.

Great read
Would have given it 5 stars for including pictures in e book, so what if it's not quality pictures, was the excuse for not having pictures. When it comes to physical techniques the pictures are worth 1000 words. The explanation of how to lift weights were a great addition though bc pictures only tell so much too.
