Got this mainly to get rid of tar splashes on my cars paintwork, especially in the summer when the road tar is hot and sticky. Spray a dollop over the area and leave it for about 10 seconds, then swirl over the tar with a soft multifibre cloth. The tar just melts away. More dried on thicker spots need a second go and the key is not to rub hard and risk scratching the paintwork. I always run some polish over after wards to seal the paintwork again.

Parking white car under tree, realised roof was covered in black sap spots. Very difficult to remove. This helped soften the sap making removal a little easier. Still need plenty of elbow power and soft implement, finger nail or plastic scraper, good cloth, and couple of applications, but certainly helped. Need to keep on top of this in future to stop build up.

I've debadged two of my previous cars, but always struggled with the glue left behind causing the job to be upwards of thirty minutes to remove it all, with polish then required afterwards to clean up the surface scratches I inflicted on the paintwork. They always came out fine, but it was always a pain... This spray completely simplified the process on my recently bought 330d M Sport. After using floss tape to remove the letters, the glue came off very easily after applying this product and leaving it for around a minute. I got the brunt off with my fingernail and used a microfibre cloth to remove the rest. No scratches to the paintwork and no wax required. Just a rub down with a degreaser. Probably ten minutes max. Also, it's a hell of a lot cheaper than some other recommended products for this use case. Perfect.

Seems to work if you use liberally, but for what it does it is far too expensive. Will not remove decal glue residue from my caravan which was the whole purpose of me getting it. All in all, I'm rather disappointed with the results ( it may work on tar and tree sap . I didn't try it on either)

I read that this spray could be used on wood to remove bitumen from the surface & thought I would give it a go as had nothing to lose. We had our parquet flooring professionally sanded and finished a few years ago as we found that the bitumen which had been used in 1960's to glue the tiles down had "leaked" to the surface when heavy furniture was placed on the floor, but sadly the bitumen has again "leaked" & we were faced with either replacing the parquet or carpeting over it as it looked so unsightly. As I have tried everything possible to remove the bitumen I was delighted at how well this worked. I t was easy to use: I literally just sprayed it on, left it for 5 minutes and wiped the bitumen off!!! I am so impressed and relieved that my floor is looking great again & we now have the method to remove any new bitumen "episodes." A really delighted customer.
