I like it a lot I had one click miss placed in a lost it somehow. The new ones exactly like I had I will use it all the time I really appreciate it sooner than I thought thank you.

Not Much Tension, Return Cost High
Product is as advertised, but it is not for anyone with any amount of existing chest strength. Very easily bent. This would be great for first-time fitness people. The cost of returning it is as much as the original cost, so might as well keep it. Wish I'd known that going in and I would never have purchased it.

Works well however - be careful!
Works very well - a lot of tension.However be very careful to use the 2 handles each time. Otherwise (due to a lot of tension) can snap-up and hit you in the face. I used for quite awhile without the 2 grips. Then recently wasn't paying attention and the Power Twister snapped-up and hit me below my ear with a lot of tension. Caused soreness below my ear for a couple of weeks...So bottom line works well as long as you use the 2 grips - SAFETY FIRST!
