My supplement regime has over the years evolved first from trail and error. More research and reading labels to reviews and add in the aging factor has taken me to this product. Fisetin for cognitive support. Add “Quercetin Bromelain” for healthy immune response, digestion, and heart support. And the winner is “Ashwagandha” which is all about energy, sleep, play.

Fisetin is a flavonoid found in some fruits and vegetables, particularly strawberries. It is a fat soluble antioxidant that (according to the Dr. Axe website) "potent senolytic activity that may work to prevent the replication of damaged DNA" (i.e., it help prevent the diseases that come with aging).On the down side, this Peak Performance Fisetin only contains 100 mg per serving (one capsule). By contrast, Humanx Bio Fisetin contains 500 mg per serving (one capsule).However, they both come in capsule form, rather than tablets. I like that. Tablets contain binders that can hinder absorption, so generally, capsules, softgels, and tinctures are better than tablets.

I like the information that is out on this product but not sure that it really works as is the case with a lot of this stuff. I do like this brand so far.

I take this because a Dr I follow on YouTube recommends it. I’m not sure I can detect any difference from taking it.

Product is plant based and vegan. It works as promised and is super affordable. Great company and customer service! Will be buying more in the future!

I love that this smells fresh and is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. Fisetin is currently being studies for its anti-aging effects but I am choosing to take it because some of the studies look very promising. Do your research because there is some controversy though.That said, this is an easy to swallow pill and is great for those that don't want to leap into taking too much Fisetin since the research isn't conclusive yet. I would have liked 3rd party testing and less waste (a smaller bottle) but otherwise, I like this Fisetin.
