LOVE this Arccos accessory. tiny. no need to carry phone
If you're looking to improve your golf game, Arccos is absolutely awesome. The Caddie app is great. Provides great insight and coaching. I think it's a good value for the money, because the battery is terrific. Functionality is simple and intuitive. The Arccos Link Pro let's me keep my phone in the cart, and not in my pocket. It's tiny, feels like a couple of match packs. Impressed by how accurately this tracks shots, might have missed 1 in my 3 rounds last week. but get used to marking & validating. this Link Pro comes with a battery container, that holds the link when not in use, and recharges it. Really cool design, very functional. I used my Link on 3 rounds last week without even putting it in this base. Accuracy has been great. seems like this is really durable and I could run over it with the golf cart. Love my Arccos Smart Sensors even more with this new Link Pro

It really does work but...
I've been using the Arccos ecosystem since the beginning of the year and it has been a gamechanger. The only problem with Arccos is the fact that you have to use your phones microphone to hear the shot. No big deal right? Well in order for it to hear the shot, you need to have your phone in your lead front pocket (my left pocket). If you don't mind that, then you definitely don't need this product. I however, HATE having my phone in my pocket while I golf. I used to use my Apple Watch but because it is an older model it would die about 12 holes into the round. So insert the Link Pro. You put it in your lead pocket like you would your phone, play a round of golf with it (and for me wearing my watch to tell the distances), and put it back in the charging case where it can recharge and you won't have to recharge the entire thing for the very least 4-8 rounds (my testing). Only gripe with this device is sometimes (on cloudy days) it struggles with the GPS/Satellite signals. Other then that this was a great buy for the price and I couldn't be happier.

Misses way too many shots.
The ideal is good. But just like the link, the link pro misses way too many shots. More frustrating at the end of a round trying to fix the missed shots.

Unsable. So Bad it Makes Arccos Worthless
I suspect that I'm not alone as both units I received (one was a replacement for the first unit) had the security seal on the packaging opened so I suspect both had been previously returned. That said, I've been using my watch for the previous 7 months. It is about 90% accurate, so typically a little tweaking post round to get it correct. The primary issue is how taxing Arccos is on the battery. If I don't begin the round with a full charge, it typically dies before the final few holes. I picked up the Link with high hopes. Tried the first unit and it was off over a dozen shots. Given it was previously opened and significantly off, I exchanged the unit. The second unit was off even more. Actually posted over 20 shots fewer than actually scored. Interestingly, there was no consistency to the errors. It was just missing putts or chips, which might make sense if it wasn't catching a softer hit/noise ball strike. I had holes that had 3 extra chips (no I wasn't dropping clubs to the ground, or violating any of the best practices). Other holes where Arccos thinks I drove the par 5 green and one putted. I checked around hole 4 and saw it was significantly off, so I left it alone for the entire round. It was so far off that it was unsalvageable and impossible to accurately fix. So what this has done is now skew all my distances, etc., because it has recorded many shots that are simply inaccurate. So with garbage in/garbage out, I know that any "insights" or distances, etc., are not correct. Note that many media outlets publish or refer to Arccos data as "the average xx yr old male hits his drive xxx yards" and many other statistics, which you can take with many grains of salt. My initial subscription ends in October and won't be renewed. Maybe the tech will catch up, but frankly, the Link is NOT ready for prime time and the Arccos system itself provides less value than it costs, so I'll be tossing the tags in the trash in October (fortunately, those were free through PING). If you purchase LINK and receive a previously opened unit, chances are it's one of the two I returned. Good luck . . .

Works well
I find that for me this works better clipped to the outside of my pocket. Doesn’t come off during my swing as so far it hasn’t missed a shot.

Best Caddie without a live caddy
Great product all information you would want playing golf. Easy to use not cheap but worth it would advice you buy the pocket device vs carrying your phone in pocket

Exceptional when it works, great service
I find great value in the data collected and not having to fuss with input or corrections during the round is a game-changer. My first unit was defective. I reached out to customer service after being prompted from a poor post-round rating. The unit was missing more than half of my shots during play. Within a couple of days, a replacement unit was shipped. The replacement unit worked for a while, but now it suddenly stopped charging. I'm awaiting a response from Arccos for that unit. When it works, It captures about 95% of shots accurately and 90% of putts. Occasional, you'll have to go back and delete an inadvertent "shot" the sensor picked up. If you're looking to improve and make the most out of your practice, this is a must have, but be prepared to be patient.

Make sure you do not cover with clothing. It works great so far. Played 72 holes with minor adjustments.

Very easy to install and more information than I’ll ever need. The accompanying app does burn through battery life. I added the Link interface which was reduced in price. That was the tipping point leading me to buy.

Appalling service in getting a refund for this hopeless Link product, which is NOT fit for purpose... don't waste your time and money. Arccos received my return over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of a refund. I've chased them and Amazon twice now, but still nothing. My worst Amazon experience in 10 years.
