Lid wouldn't open😫
its a lovely product with beautiful smell and texture but i was struggling for 1 hour to open the lid. eventually after million different techniques i had to break the lid with knife and scrub out the scrub to a different container.

Rose Oil leaked out of the jar.
This is a wonderful product and it makes your body so soft and smells just like real roses. I love it. I do have one complaint, when it opened the plastic bag that the jar came in, it had spilled all over the plastic bag. I got the jar out and the lid was not screwed on all the way and the white cover that should be sealed so it won't leak was completely OFF the jar! This SHOULD NOT happen. Please make sure you check before you send to costumers. That I am not very happy about because most of the Rose Oil had leaked out.
