Hair Spray

Really good hold for a more "natural" and safe hairspray option. Didn't realize the bottle is a bit on the smaller size for the price, but that aside, I am really liking both the subtle scent and the hold of this hairspray. I tried it for the first time as I'm seeking safer/less toxic options to most of the traditional hairsprays and beauty products on the market. I recommend giving this a try if you're interested in exploring more natural alternatives!

I feel better using a hairspray that is not loaded with toxins, but it is a bit pricey for the quantity.

So disappointed with this hair spray because I was super excited that a clean living blogger who used to be a hair stylist said it was great for holding and not flaking or being sticky. It is definitely a clean product with no chemical scent. The issue is that I straighten my wavy hair and bangs, and this product sprays out very moist and watery, I agree with the one-star reviewer who said it takes the style and bounce right out. My straightened hair starts trying wave when I use even a little bit of this product, and when I wear my hair fuller, it deflates it. I tried it on my mom, she has short hair and uses mousse to pump up the volume, this product deflates the volume. I was really surprised by how many reviewers said it has great hold. When I used what I considered a normal amount of spray, I got no hold. When I used more spray, trying to get some hold, it took forever to dry, then was very sticky and made my hair look oily. As I say in the title, if you have stick straight hair, this would possibly work for you. If you have naturally wavy or curly hair and are wearing it that way, it would very likely work for you. It reminds me more of a making setting spray than a hairspray. Still searching for the holy grail of clean hairsprays!

I could not believe how small this bottle of Hairspray was when I ordered it. For the price I was really disappointed. It literally fits in the palm of my hand. It may last me a week. It is lightweight and the fragrance is ok. I will not be purchasing again due to the price/Size. I would be spending on average $100 a month for hairspray so not ideal for me.

This is amazing. I was looking for something that wouldn't be so strong. Kenra hairspray was bothering my lungs and affecting my breathing. I feel like I found the right product for me with Josh Rosebrook hairspray. It has a strong hold and a light smell. I have had no problems with my breathing. It would be nice if it was a little larger, but I don't find myself using as much of this as I did other hairsprays. It holds all day.

Not worth the price. It does hold your hair but you never get it out until you wash it. Brushing and combing does not remove. Very small bottle for the cost.

As a busy hair and makeup artist, I now cannot work without this product!! For years I used hairsprays with toxic chemicals and now I finally have an all natural hairspray that not only works well but I have no fear breathing in. This has changed the way I work because I feel confident that my products will not be negatively affecting my health long term. Besides it being all natural and organic, it’s smells devine! I am so so grateful to Josh Rosebrook for this formulation and for listing it on Amazon so it is easy order in. Thank you so much!

I gave it 5 star because I haven’t found anything better. The review: Negative: Makes the hair heavy when you spray it on it as I think the nozzle sprays are too large molecules. Which means your hair will likely get flat. (Mine does.) Also, holds but not strong enough. Positive: It’s one of the ones that are better for the hair as it dries it less.

Really lovely to use. Don't feel like I have to hold my breath after i've used it. Nice medium hold. Nice light scent. Adore Josh Rosebrook products.

Ok but the spray mechanism doesn’t work very well and the spray flakes after it dries when you touch your hair. Smelt a lot nicer than conventional hairspray but not sure I’m a convert yet.
