Blue Jays rave about it
So do the squirrels. Good feeder for peanuts to whatever critters you are feeding

Item delivered was very bright red not black as in the description
Have to wait and see if the birds are scared off by the non-neutral color.

For my bluejays
They love these things. This is my second one. Can't keep them filled fast enought..so much fun to watch. They yell at the house when empty

Entertaining!!!!! Worth it!
This contraption has added so much fun and laughter to my backyard animal “fun house”! The squirrels LOVE it and leave my other feeders alone which is an added bonus! The first day I had it out they figured out how to unhook it and empty all the peanuts....easy fix was to put a “S” hook through the coils on each side-no problems since. Each morning, I go out and add a handful or two of whole peanuts and they are happy as ever! I don’t fill it because they absolutely will empty it within a few hours. It’s so fun to watch them figure it out. My blue jays haven’t found it yet but it’s only been up a couple weeks. I recommend this fun feeder! Simple setup and easy to clean.

Unimpressed
Got this based on reviews but sadly it seems the one we received is not up to par. The spring(slinky) tube seemed flexible but our Titmouses are working themselves to death trying to get the peanuts out. Beginning to think wrong length spring was attached to the guide wire. Will probably have pull spring out some and cut off a section so that birds have easier time getting the peanuts out but sadly we won't be giving this it no 5 ⭐ review.

Works well
This was just what I was looking for. It's definitely not squirrels proof. So far it has attracted all out backyard friends; blue jays, woodpeckers, and of course the squirrels. It is sturdy and holds the peanuts well.

Neat concept for a feader....
This feeder has worked out quite well for us. It is fairly sturdy and well-constructed. At first, blue jays weren't very willing to work for their peanuts (since we had made it easy usually putting them out on a flat feeder). And so at first, they pretty much avoided stopping at our feeders. But after about 2 weeks they adapted to it. Now, it is neat to see them feed, as they can't just quickly pick a peanut up and fly off. It takes often takes several tries for them to pry one out through the spring. We also helped a little at first by making peanuts hang half-way out between the coils. But they eventually learned, and now put on a fun show.

Nice feeder for peanuts
I was hoping to attract the blue jays but so far only squirrels which is fine

So far, fun feeder
Interesting peanut feeder! So far, great that it doesn’t allow the blue jays to easily take the peanuts. They have to work them out, like a bit of a puzzle for them to figure out. Let’s face it most times Blue Jays take the peanuts and go hide them for later use, :) Normally birds empty my feeders within a day, this will be interesting to watch them figure this feeder out!

Holds lots of peanuts
This is a great bluejay feeder! Holds lots of peanuts! I put it out about 10 days ago and it took the Blue Jays that long to realize it was there! The only problem seems to be a Red Bellied Woodpecker who sits or hangs on the ring and do digs out the peanuts leaving behind the empty shell!

Avec transport et taxes, c'est dispendieux, près de 47$
C'est très fonctionnelle

Doesn't work - no customer service from Urban Nature Store
Item did NOT attract Jays - they simply can't pull the peanuts out through wires.Tried to return through Amazon but item "was not eligible for return" even within 30 days of purchase.Contacted Urban Nature Store twice and explained the situation to them twice who told me on both occasions to go back through through Amazon.Service sorely lacking. *I am stuck with a useless 40$ giant red spring.

Blue Jay delight
The blue Jays go crazy when I fill it up. Even the woodpeckers chip away at the peanuts
