Excellent. Fast delivery easy to install. Super cold 🥶Recommend it 100% VERY SATISFIED. TO THOSE PEOPLE THAT BUY THIS PRODUCT. YOU HAVE TO KNOW SOME KNOWLEDGE ON A/C TO PROVIDE VACUUM AND FREON CORRECTLY. IF YOU DON’T, DO NOT INSTALL BY YOURSELF. FIND SOMEONE THAT CAN DO IT, TO AVOID BAD EXPERIENCE.

The compressor was not working properly

Never worked properly
The media could not be loaded. It's not easy to install. It needed to be charged with Freon in order to work. The average person does not have access to that. Luckily my boyfriend was taking a hvac class where he had access to that. Once installed it seemed to work until we actually needed it to cool the air while camping in our truck camper. It would blow air for 5 minutes and then give an error code. The code indicated that it wasn't getting enough power but it was attached to a brand new battery. We tried attaching it to a second battery and still no luck. He is an electrician and could not get it to work. By the time we took it on a trip it was way past the return time so I could only thankfully get half of a refund. The reviews here are good but when you look at the reviews on the other sellers with the same unit they are terrible. Just wasted my $$
