They work well.

Ordered one set, fast delivery. Then was notified that the shipment was delay, and received a second set. I don't think I was double billed. I then received amazon email asking if I had problems with this company. Nope! AI and I destroy the firmware on a device, to fix it I had to plug into an intentionally awkward socket or take it apart, and its a fragile thing. I did not have these so I to them apart, copied ones firmware to fix the other. So I ordered these just in case. The future me will thank me. Hope they work, they plug together nicely.

I got these because I have a Pixel Watch 2 charger that has a male USB-C end and occasionally I use USB-C chargers that go directly from the wall plug to a cord with a male end. So, I needed something that would let me put the two together, and these 100% do the trick while also being convenient for when I have a cord plugged into a wall charger and I don't want to pull it out completely to replace with the PW2 charger (so, kind of like an extender). One caution I will note is that if the charging doesn't work first try, you may have to flip the USB-C cables to get it to work -- seems weird that USB-C has a "correct" orientation that's not obvious from the outside but at most it's a minor inconvenience to put in the 2-3 seconds of trial and error

I use these in my gaming controller for my phone to extend the port to fit. These work really well. Just wear out in about 6 months each. Thus the only 4 star rating

All-metal construction makes these things TOUGH. Bought to turn some ESP32s into "flash drive" form factor dongles for a project.

Needed one for my phone for the times that I need to plug it in while using it. I got sick of cables repeatedly failing because of the USB C port being on the bottom of the phone. The other I use on I use on a computer with ports that are very close together, this allows me to access the outside port(s) that I couldn't cable width at the connection on a few of my devices.

I'm very pleased with this product. The set comes in a nice case, and the connector does not compromise on your charging speed. I have yet to test the data transfering speed yet until I plan on using it for my steam deck. While the USB C cable connecting to it does stick out, there is a snapping feeling to let you know the connection is very secure and will not fall off.

Build quality is good (does not feel flimsy or plasticy). Mainly used to change my power adapter's tip "sideways" to relieve pressure from the cable on my laptop's USB-C port. Initially did not work until I pushed harder and heard something "pop" (possibly like it was opening a seal to say it was "new"?) .. has worked without fail since. Also used with portable SSD's drives and devices work .. but I have no way to measure what is "normal" throughput. Used on USB-C to HDMI adapter for a single 2k 34" UW display (at my max settings of 3440x1440 @100) on desktop and laptop.

Performs the same as my best cable. I got this for my USB SSD which give me 1025 MB read and now I can plug the drive in like a flash drive. No problems with different ends in different sockets, or upside down or backwards or whatever. I have no USB 4 devices to test with.
