Bought for my 3year olds birthday in November - he absolutely loves it and looks after it very carefully still keeping it in the box when he's finished with it. However 3 of the screws have already come out so he hasn't been able to play with it for past couple weeks - this isn't quality I'd expect from Janod, to be coming apart after only a months play. I would like a replacement but cannot find anyway of contacting the Amazon EU Sarl seller - hence writing this review - please can you reply and advise how to get in contact ASAP? Thanks

We brought our son this guitar, and he has only had it 2 weeks.We are so disappointed, it’s broken!!! We can’t understand this.It’s wooden so we wouldn’t have expected this to have happened.We is super careful with it also, as it’s one of his best toys.Very disappointed

This is not strong enough to take the tension when the strings are tuned. Bridge ripped out. Looks cool but cheap construction. Toy only, not an instrument.

This is really cute, looks adorable. Loses tune quite a lot, but maybe that's mostly due to it being new and the strings plastic.
