I am extremely satisfied with the E-far Metal Toaster Oven Tray Set! The stainless steel construction feels very sturdy and is completely free of any chemical coatings, making it a healthy choice for everyday baking or roasting. The tray and rack are both easy to clean—either by hand or in the dishwasher—and don’t warp even at high oven temperatures. Food releases smoothly from the surface, and I love that the compact size fits perfectly in my toaster oven while still providing enough space for a variety of items like cookies, bacon, or small sheet pan meals

I picked up this wire grill and rack set for one very specific mission: dry brining steaks in the refrigerator. (Yes, dry brine — not dry grind, though my phone seems determined to invent new cooking techniques.) The main reason I chose this one is size. It’s smaller than a full sheet tray rack, which means it doesn’t take over your entire fridge like it’s paying rent. If you’ve ever tried to reorganize shelves just to fit a massive tray, you’ll appreciate this immediately. For anyone who hasn’t dry brined before, here’s the quick version: Pat your steak dry. Salt both sides. Put it on a wire rack in the fridge. Minimum two hours, but 24 hours is the sweet spot. The salt pulls moisture out, then the steak reabsorbs it—now seasoned all the way through. Translation: you don’t have to salt when cooking or eating because the steak is already perfect. Plus, the exterior dries out, so with just a light brushing of oil you get that beautiful, flavorful char every single time. Anyway… back to the rack. I’ve used this a few times now and it’s perfect for the job. Takes up very little space and comfortably holds two very large steaks. And when I say large, I mean “this cow had a good life.” Maybe not a quarter of a cow—okay, definitely not—but two solid porterhouses or three generously sized New York strips fit easily. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and doesn’t trap gunk like some racks do. I can already tell this thing is going to see a lot of action in my kitchen. Still use it. I bought it to use in my 3 in one air fryer and it is definitely a big help to catch the juices of especially my meats etc.
